After taking these vitamins for some time, I can feel a difference in my energy levels at least. I do like the fact that these pills provides a days worth of your standard vitamins. My only complaint is how big the pill is, but that is more of preference than anything else.

It is full of different daily vitamins but for me personally, I wasn't impressed by the dosages of each vitamin or the added ingredients/chemicals. I did use them for a week and while they are easy to take and very convenient I really didn't feel or see any changes.

I like that it is specifically targeting the needs of my demographic. We lose-out on many important nutrients when we consume a lot of refined foods, indeed.
