Seems like an ok multi vitamin. Was not consistent enough to see any difference.

I purchased thinking there would be iron in the vitamins. No iron.

I got this some months ago, and I do truly love this supplement!

b vitamins are not in coenzyme form. such as here are very poorly absorbed

I bought this days ago and works great I haven’t had any problems with these

Still a great value after many years. Hubby takes them daily and would not let me switch brands

I take one of these every night. I have no complaints about them. They are a great value.
