This stuff works
about to finish my bottle of this stuff, I feel like I have more energy to tackle the days and my telemetry says my heart rate is trending 1.5 years younger since I started taking it. I do feel a little happier too. I take it in conjunction with 2g of fish oil daily with a meal.

Cost effective, long lasting, and works great!
One A Day has been my go-to multivitamin for a while now. It’s placed right next to my daily coffee so I never forget to take it daily. The pill is a bit on the larger side, but it doesn’t bother me. I haven’t experienced any negative effects. It works great! Lasts me a long time and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a base multivitamin.
