I also don't keep the best track of my deficiencies. At least when taking these I know for sure I'm getting what I need! I love that its one pill, and an easy enough one to swallow. They aren’t super big making them hard to swallow but bigger then most pills. They have a slight after taste but nothing too serious. The one thing they do that’s kinda funny is make my urine smell. Overall I feel fine taking them.
