this is one of the best TVs I've had so far the quality is phenomenal picture is absolutely gorgeous and the sound but it is good not loud enough for me. the brightness could use some work wide enough however sometimes it doesn't keep up with the picture . the resolution is also it's so so .

In 18 months Im on my 2nd samsung tv, after my 1st tv lasted 6 yrs, no problems, sadly when I moved it was damaged by movers and replaced. Then replaced again in 8 months. The new ones don't keep your favorites saved. Every 2 months, yes I've clocked it on my calendar, I have to reset the favorites. I even have an account and should be able to restore settings. Nothing. 3 hrs on hold to get support, 2 times to only get hung up on. SAD BUSINESS SAD

Keep getting error 77-1 can't access the Samsung hub so the TV does not load. Only thing that works is hdmi so the TV is a big monitor for my computer 😪😭

Don’t like the opening screen, not intuitive. Overall I’d say it was average but being a Samsung I was hoping for a better experience. The biggest disappointment is the TV comes on randomly especially at night. Super frustrating especially after trying to work through various fixes.

Upgraded to this 65-inch Samsung, and it has completely transformed my viewing experience. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and the smart interface is incredibly snappy. Beyond the amazing 4K display, I really appreciate the built-in Knox security features. Knowing my accounts, passwords, and smart home connections are protected directly on the TV gives me great peace of mind. It looks amazing on the wall and performs even better. Highly recommend!

I love the the TV I won't buy another kind from here on and the compatibility with my Samsung phone is amazing. Not to mention the beautiful contrast and sharpness of the image. Thank you samsung for the quality of your product. I really wish I had another one. My 75 inch is astonishing.
