[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote doesn't work well. I've already had to replace it twice. And there are no input ports to hook up additional speakers. The picture is decent, but the sound quality is low and without the ability to hook up a better sound bar, this TV barely meets the bare minimum of quality. Will be getting a different TV within the year

The television itself Is beautiful. The new style of remote that it came with,is ridiculous. It is not intuitive at all and after having used it for a couple months I still don't know how to get to the different screens that I need to watch ,or to find a particular show. After owning several Samsung TVs in the past (pretty much plug n play), this is continuing to be a very frustrating experience for me.

If there was an overall rating of zero, that would be a more accurate rating than a one star. Second Samsung product we have owned and nothing but problems, problems, problems.

“Great Samsung TV! The picture is incredibly rich, 4K resolution and high contrast fully met expectations. I was very pleased with the laconic design and lack of glare thanks to the matte coating of the screen. The proprietary Smart TV system works smoothly; the remote control is compact and convenient. The sound is surround, although for complete immersion in the movie I recommend connecting a sound bar. I definitely recommend purchasing!

Very happy with this purchase of 55inch Samsung Crystal UHD TV! Can't say anything bad about it. Great picture love all the new features the TV has. Sound is great! Love all the free movies, alot I have never seen. Just an all around great purchase! Very Satisfied Customer! Samsung is the way to Go!

First love the TV and for the price it was great. The picture is great, color is outstanding, Brightness is just right, as for the contrast it is as well great. The responsiveness of the remote is great. When I look to upgrade I will be looking at Samsung.

Needs to be replaced.

Top Notch... One of the best Samsung TV'S I own... This makes the 4th Samsung TV we have added to our home so all bedrooms and living area are covered. There is no such thing as a bad Samsung TV... This one as well as all the others excel at their Brightness, Resolution and Vibrancy. The Aesthetics and Security are top notch in their classes... I strongly recommend this TV as well as all under the Samsung brand. Keep up the good work Samsung, we are believers in this household
