The television set itself is fantastic. The experience at Sam's Club was not. Dealing with the zero personality lady at customer service was painful. Even though I was in the store and had the television set in my cart, I had to return it to the shelf and purchase it online, and wait 3 hours to pick it up to get the sale price.

Great television for the money and LOVE the Samsung TV channels where you get a ton of channels including some local ones. To top it off it came with a 3 year additional warranty from Sams! LOVE IT!

Excellent television at a super price. The picture and sound are phenomenal.

Easy to start policies in 5 minutes, then add your subscription apps. The remote is small and handy.

I ordered in total 3 TVs from Sam's. The first one that was delivered from the store, and only took about 12 hrs was professional. The next two both came shipped through FedEx with the screens cracked beyond belief. So, it took almost a month to get those two replaced. Why can't I add photos?
