[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 50-inch and I'm thrilled because I really feel like I'm right there with whatever show I'm watching, and this is my first time streaming. So I'm in love with the Christian music station, the sound is really clear and the colors are brilliant.

I recently switched from a Roku TV same size and very similar size, The diffrence is astounding. The samsung have far better quality and a true black allowing the surrounding colors and dark scenes show up in much more detail. Then the firmware being easy to operate and each program having a quick select of the most recent show/movie bringing me to my shows in a much quicker route.

Having upgraded to a Samsung 4K smart TV has been a game changer: the picture quality, brightness, vivid color contrast create an immersive watching experience. Samsung has made an upscale, affordable product. Works seamlessly with the samsung sound ar we already had. The only request would be having more ports to hook up dvd, blue ray players. If you are a technerd like my husband, having more ports would be favorable.

I absolutely love the color this tv produces as well as the brightness. I’m not one with keeping my tv bright at night but it gives multiple different options of reducing that. Super easy to manage this TV. Every app is easily accessible as well as games. Definitely recommend this TV.

The picture performance is great, if I have any complaints, it's with the remote control. I do not need presets in the remote control. For pay-per-view services, the remote control should simply operate the television. If I wish to use a paper site I can apply for it Myself the current remote control doesn't even have a volume control on it. But it sure has netflix's button on it.

Wonderful TV picture is good sound is good I really like this TV. The problem is I can’t use the remote, it is so tiny I can’t get a good hold on it to push buttons. The volume and channel up and down buttons are very hard to use. All of Samsung previous remotes I’ve used have been great. Why change it I am 70 years old and I can’t see the lettering even with my glasses I really hope you can send me a usable remotel

I live in a mobile home with a 14 × 30 living room. I was afraid the 65" might be too large, but low a ND behold , it is perfect. I am 79 yrs old a d reading T V screen can be tough sometimes. I sit at the far end of the room and don't miss a thing. Also the sound is great. I still look behind me occasionally because I hear things I didn't hear previously. Thanks Bill

Overall the tv has been amazing!!! Picture quality is soooo good and the interface is easy to navigate once setup is complete. Initial setup can be somewhat daunting when it's your first big product with smart hub. Early on there was an issue where the remote that came with it quit working and was then doing weird things depending on the button you pressed. Used smart hub through my phone for a few months to control it and pulled out the remote the other day and it's all of the sudden working. Don't know if it was a bug that was fixed but I'm happy with it working now either way. Honestly that's my only complaint about this tv. Updates are easy to install and apps are as well. Overall a very good product. If it weren't for the remote issue i would have 0 complaints.
