[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is OK. The remote is hard to use. I think individual buttons would be better than the circle. My friend gave me the TV as a gift, so I will continue to use it, even if it is a little frustrating.

Picture quality is outstanding as is ease of use however it has begun consistently shutting off on its own while we are using the Firestick, Netflix, Hulu etc it will just randomly power down for no reason right witching us viewing- very annoying. I researched online others have also had this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetics of the Tv are nice and we actually prefer the remote after using a fire stick over our previous smart tv remote for years. Picture quality for the price point is great, only reason for the four stars instead of 5, coming from a smaller equivalent LG TV the LG dealt with the glare a little better. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget friendly 85” or really any budget friendly larger screen size this is a good option to consider.

This tv is totally amazing. Its features truly aligned perfectly with the Samsung brand. Its brightness, picture quality, clarity, lack of screen glare, and pixel resolution make this tv an excellent choice. The images appear to be coming through the screen, seems so lide like. This is definitely tv viewing at it's finest.Hands down, this purchase was worth every penny!

I’m so happy that I have Return to watching movies on prime. Almost don’t want regular TV. It is a pleasure to sit back and join this purchase. This is an Excellent purchase. TV is my entertainment so it was important to have a beautiful screen with clarity vibrant colors. Again the best of the best.

This is my 4th samsung TV and I will not buy another brand. The sound, resolution, color and look are amazing. The ease of use is even better. And I absolutely love the pairing feature with my phone. If we have an issue with our internet, I can just stream directly from my phone. Game changer. And I use it in my second bedroom for paint tutorials and other learning platforms. My phone is too small for that so pairing with my TV is perfection. I never worry about anyone hacking into my accounts, security is wondeful. I also have had Samsung phones since the smartphone came out. I am a samsung user for life!!

My review is simple. This TV will not maintain its settings, especially the sound. I constantly have to mess with it to get it to work properley it contantly looses the sound settings in the middle of programs and you can't hear the show. It is often a nightmare to get the sound back. I have probably called support 50+ times, maybe many more. It also mucks up my Comcast connection on occasion. And it dosen't have enough HDMI ports making a sound bar very impractical if you want reliable sound. I tried in the past to get support to do something but never got any offers. I have all Samsung monitiors on my computers and love them, but you will have a very hard time getting me to buy another Samsung TV.

I love when people come over and say wow that tv picture looks so much better than ours and they always have a different brand around the same price point. The brightness is great. I dropped my direct tv after I got this don’t need it has everything needed when connected to the wifi. Only issue I have is I wish I’d got the 75” because my wall could have handled it. Definitely happy with the Samsung purchase.
