Outstanding! Carries a LOT of weight and is secure once assembled. Simple, but requires a bit of precision during assembly. Much better than 5-tier plastic shelving and no dipped shelves frome weight. Only $20 more than the heavy plastic shelving and FAR better in the long run. We have already purchased 12 of these to replace other lesser shelving units!

I purchased two of these units to clean and organize my garage and they are great. They are heavy duty, study and easy to assemble. I was able to put them together without any help in less than 20 minutes. I will certainly purchase another one in the future. The delivery box is very heavy for one person, so I took it apart in the driveway. Buy it…you will not be disappointed!

These are engineered to minimal standards. Every single part - the wood shelf, the rails - are so flimsy, they are hard to assemble. Once I got them together, I was amazed the parts all push angainst each other, and it stays up. So I would say, if you are mechanically inclined, have help assembling them, and don’t want to put too much weight on them, you can put together a shelf in 15 minutes that will hold a couple hundred pounds. I also think it will collapse in a moderate earthquake. (I’m in SoCal.) The long-side support rails can flex out causing the shelves to slip down between the rails, and then the whole structure gets weakened. All of the metal pieces can bend if you drop them, tap them together with a rubber mallet per the instructions say, or simply push them together with your hands really hard. I had to straighten the metal rails and bosses with needle nose pliers place so the rails would assemble properly. I got five units, and opened them after the return window. Otherwise I would have returned them. I had to reinforced every shelf with a wooden cross beam in the middle. The extra work was not worth it. Especially after I saw Sam’s club sells (what appears to be) the old-school beige metal racks with MDF shelves that are built like a tank. So I will get those next time.

We bought 2 of these shelves to organize the chaos in our storage room. It took about 30 min to assemble both. They are very solid and we packed them full with no issues. Very happy with product quality and price. Plus Sam’s delivered direct to our door for $9.95. It couldn’t get any better!

The little plastic connector that went between the upright post was very helpful lining the top posts up. Shelf supports went together easily & tapped down with hammer. Still easiest with 2 people. Shelving itself looks nice in black finish.Good quality.

I purchased this to help organize our garage better. After reading many reviews, I chose these shelves. I am very happy with my purchase and they are great quality. They hold a large amount of weight per shelf and are very durable. They seem to be made to last and will be perfect to help declutter our garage.

I bought this to alleviate storage problems for bulk purchases of toilet paper, paper towels and water. Assembly was fairly simple, 2 people make the job super easy. The shelves lay into place which is convenient if they should break in any way (plywood can be used to replace). I found the rubber pad inserts were the most difficult part of installation - I wound up destroying 3 before I decided to not use. Since the water was on the bottom shelf, I decided not to install the rest. I really like the ability to customize the unit to fit my needs - I'm using 3 shelves for storage and the rest is currently in another room as a desk for crafting in another room.

I have two of these shelves side-by-side. Easy to assemble. Shelves are very strong and will probably accommodate most of what a homeowner will put on them. As a high weight capacity (4,000 lbs I believe). It’s disclosed on the box and product write-up. Tough to find in the store ordered my last one online.

I ordered this shelving unit to use the shelves to add to another unit i ordered from Sams club. Unfortunately the company was different for the same item and was 3/4 of an inch different so the shelves wouldn’t fit. It is a nice shelf. Like the shelving boards. They are nice and smooth. Actually this appears to be nicer than the other one that we have and more sturdy.

I bought 2 of these online and due to the weight ( 90ish lbs) the packages were beat up when they arrived and several of the shelves were broken, I had no problem whatsoever taking them back to the store. I bought them due to the fact that I purchased 2 of these shelves 4 years ago and they are great, heavy duty shelves. I purchased the first shelves at the store so they did not get damaged in shipping. If you are in need of some not too expensive heavy duty shelves buy this, I highly recommend picking it up and not having it shipped.
