I found these shelving units easy to assemble, sturdy, heavy duty, of good quality, and they look nice too. I've purchased around 5-6 of these which I have in the basement so now everything is stored a whole lot neater and more organized. I highly recommend these shelving units.

We bought 4 of the Storage Racks. For the most part they went together easily. The interlocking pieces appear to create what will be a sturdy stand. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because of small quality issues. The particle board shelving from one of the packages had damage to the corners of four of the shelves - but not enough damage to return the package. One of the side pieces that lock into the corner pieces was bent and had to be “adjusted”. Again, not enough to return the package. Living on a ranch gives a person enough knowledge to “adjust” almost anything with a big enough hammer and/or channel lock. I am satisfied in the overall quality for the price and when we fill up the 4 racks we purchased we will probably get a couple more.

While doubtful of the shelf weight claims these shelves are great for the $$$. Easy to put together- look good & lots of storage. First delivery was damaged & the return was no hassles whatever. Recommend but be aware the shelves are, in my opinion, mid weight. Spend more if you plan on storing heavy items.

I bought 2 to test out how sturdy and easy to put together they would be. Next trip I got 2 more, next trip I got 4 more after having tested the wieght capacity of not only the each shelf but structure tolerance in whole. Incredibly adjustable I was able to make a shelf for my heaviest items weighing over 90lbs on the bottom and it only made it more stable. Going back for 2 more-I think I'm addicted. Love Them

You don't think much about precision when looking at a shelving unit, but these are made to very precise standards. They don't seem sturdy enough at first glance, but once put together they seem very stable and just right for what we need. I'd make certain of the weight you intend to put on them. Just a note to Sam's, these are really at the border of being too heavy to ship via Fedex - all boxes had corners crushed, one was retaped somewhere along the line and some packaging was missing. The internal packaging was sturdy enough to withstand, but it was a close call.

I bought 2 of these online and due to the weight ( 90ish lbs) the packages were beat up when they arrived and several of the shelves were broken, I had no problem whatsoever taking them back to the store. I bought them due to the fact that I purchased 2 of these shelves 4 years ago and they are great, heavy duty shelves. I purchased the first shelves at the store so they did not get damaged in shipping. If you are in need of some not too expensive heavy duty shelves buy this, I highly recommend picking it up and not having it shipped.

It was ok to put together. I definitely recommend a rubber mallet, and you may need a new one after too. Mine got a little chopped up but I couldn't get the pieces completely together without it. Holds a lot of weight. I even stood on the bottom shelves to try to get them together. We will see how they hold up over time. I've only had it a couple weeks. I have mine set up as two units, 3 shelves and 2. Kind of is like extra counter space since my kitchen is so small. Would've earned 5 stars if the pieces had got together better but my husband and I just struggled too much to get them to fit right. That being said, I would still buy it again if this one broke or if I needed another one.

We purchased one about two years ago for our school storage room. Since then we have purchased six more. They are super easy to put together, hold a lot of weight, and are 25” deep which accommodates the boxes and items we store. Definitely recommend.

Great sturdy shelves that are easy to assemble by yourself. A rubber mallet is important to use to tap the corners onto the latches in order to 'snap' them into place. Sam's had the best price around! We have 4 so far. On a side note, it was easier for us to add the rubber footings BEFORE starting to put it together.

This is my third time purchasing these shelves. I haven't put my last order together, but the two orders prior to this one are amazing. The shelves have held up good and hold a lot of weight. I put them together by myself, but it would probably be a little easier and faster if you had a helper. No complaints so far!
