The TV has been amazing but the remote didn't work out of the box. Luckily my previous Samsung TV remote worked great and still does. The TV has great clarity and color contrast. The price of the TVs have gone down substantially and for the 65" size screen. You really can't beat the value.

It's very good i love it but sometimes I would watch a series like naruto and sometimes the quality would get bad for a like a whole 20 minutes and I would have to turn it off and close the app and I would kinda fix it but it kinda gets bad to where u can see the pixels but overall it's a really good for its price and everything I would definitely recommend everything else is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I am able to change the brightness on the tv to either being extremely bright to extremely dark like a phone. The contrast is also adjustable to whatever your liking is, the responsiveness is also amazing but there are times that it glitches forward 10 seconds in a show but that's it.

TV is not great. Resolution is bad. Whenever something on TV is dark in color, the TV can't provide the correct resolution, so it shows up like black blob. The TV and remote have extremely delayed reactions at times. Sometimes it take up to 30 seconds for the TV to respond to the remote command. Samsung TV interface, not related to the TV, is also poorly designed. I'd love to be able to put my most used apps on the home screen, rather than scrolling over to a screen where I've saved my favorites. Would likely not purchase a Samsung TV again.

I've been very happy with my 65" Crystal UHD U7900F 4K Smart TV (2025) overall. The picture quality is excellent, the screen size is perfect for a great home-theater experience, and I really like the variety of smart features that come with the TV. There's a lot to love about this television, and it has been a great addition to my home. The 4K picture quality is one of my favorite things about the TV. Images are sharp, clear, and detailed, and the large 65-inch screen makes movies, shows, and other content much more enjoyable to watch. The colors and overall picture quality are impressive, especially considering the price point. I also really like the smart TV features. Having access to streaming apps and other smart functions built directly into the TV makes it very convenient. The TV is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to switch between different types of entertainment without needing multiple devices or complicated setups. The one feature I was disappointed with is the remote control. I was surprised that the remote does not have a dedicated “speak to Alexa” button. I like using voice commands with Alexa, and having a microphone/voice button directly on the remote would make the experience much more convenient. It would be nice to be able to simply press a button and speak to Alexa instead of having to use another method to access voice functionality. I also had an issue when trying to set up my DVD player. I was not able to add the DVD player so that it could be controlled using the TV's remote. Being able to control the DVD player directly from the TV remote would have made the setup much cleaner and more convenient, especially since I prefer having as few remotes as possible. Despite those two frustrations, I still love the TV overall. The picture quality, screen size, smart features, and overall viewing experience are excellent. The remote-control limitations are worth mentioning, but they don't take away from how much I enjoy using the television. Overall, I would definitely recommend this TV. If Samsung improves the remote by adding a dedicated Alexa voice button and makes it easier to connect and control devices such as DVD players with the TV remote, it would be an even better product. For me, the TV itself is fantastic—the remote functionality is really the only area where I feel it could be improved.

I knew was entry level 4k TV but have always preferred Samsung and my wife and I absolutely love it. I use a lot for Xbox and game settings are great and she streams her shows. Samsung is only brand can see from any angle in the room regardless day or night the picture is always clear.

I would highly recommend the Samsung TV to be a must for your living room TV. The brightness is absolutely so vibrant its in high definition so the upscaling and contrast is absolutely amazingly beautiful the responsiveness is like no other I would highly recommend this TV for you and your family.

Was able to look at the television right out the box and just had to connect internet everything updated was good. Television response was good with no lag.

Navigating the tv itself is user friendly. The clarity, color, all about the picture quality is crisp to the eye. The sound couldn't be better. Have to keep the volume at a lower level than other tvs because it is plenty audible at say level 9 where others need to be at 25 or 30.
