[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an all around good TV pretty responsive most of the time and I do have a good internet connection but sometimes it will take like 10 minutes to load an app but there isn't any patterns so I'll still give it 5 stars

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were skeptical about a smart tv since we dont have "true" internet and my mother is elderly. Its been almost a year now - I fear I will need to move the tv outside to get my mother away from it. Its been such a blessing when she wants to listen to music, or watch a cooking video, or a movie she hasnt seen since she was a kid! The possibilities are endless. Being able to have the remote on anyone of our phones in awesome! The TV has incredible picture! Nature videos feel like we are right there in the middle! Never lags, always consistent and easy to use. We have probably turned it off 5 times in the last year thats how much the tv is loved. It would probably be what we save in a house fire LOL (slightly sarcastic) we recommend this Samsung TV to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is too dark to see. I asked for support and everything we tried it didn't work. Theu schedules for service tech but then mentioned if the “TV is working like its supposed to, then I will have to pay for the service regardless”. I read some posts online and it seems the Tv is just dark, you literally can't see any night scenes. I cancelled service because i didnt want to pay for nothing. Horrible policy of Samsung. If they don't reach out I am never buying Samsung again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new 65" Samsung TV as a Birthday Gift. I am so happy to have such a clear picture and wonderful color to watch each evening!!! I mainly use it with my Firestick and watch movies or You Tube. Best Television I ever had!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice TV, the only issue is the software, and the amount of ports. Why is there 2 HDMI ports and no optical, but somehow there is an antenna. And the software? Honestly might just wanna get a Vizio, Tizen is very vey slow, there is no way to disable the volume OSD (Vizio does that). And the stupid detecting devices screen can't be disabled without having to disable CEC. The best you could do is either fix this or make the TV's software changable and open to github users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV. The picture is beautiful. I wear hearing aids so I have to adjust the sound often, Standard is too soft or low, adaptive gets a little bit screechy. Maybe due to the program I am watching.

Amazing features that allow you to enjoy your home entertainment space as it was intended. From gaming to special events this product does not disappoint. Picture never have out as much as I game on it and the quality of the enhanced features only allowed me to enjoy it more. Quality is top tier.

I like that samsung gives you more channels to watch in addition to what you already have. My surround sound works great with my Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] what I like about this TV it's actually more than one thing one thing that impressed me at first was the size after that was the fact that it will automatically update in the background I do like that and it can be tied to your email it also gives you the clarity it's unmatched when I stand next to it it's a weird feeling it's like looking at a gigantic picture almost like standing in the screen I guess of a movie theater while the movie is going without seeing your shadow cast on the screen but I I love it it has all kinds of features of course Wi-Fi and everything but it also has a troubleshooting guide that helps it also has ties to its website so you can always go there I already mentioned that it updates by itself in the background and it's easy to find channels easy to navigate and I wouldn't mind having another one this one is in our bedroom it's best place for us it is a good Buy!
