comes with chord that has C on both ends. Only way I have to charge is my laptop. not user friendly. will be returning.

These are not the greatest headphones. The pro and the reason I will keep them and not return them is being able to hear the outside world while I use them mainly for excercising outdoors. I can listen to musice, podcast etc and still hear everything around me. However, the cons are they are difficult almost impossible for calls (people cannot hear me well) The features to pause a call or turn up volume do not work well at all. I have been using them for about 2 weeks. They are not functional for most tasks I have tried to navigate. But again I do like that when I am excercising or listening to thing while alone in the house I can hear other stuff going on. I have 3 other sets of different brands of headphones that function very well for calls etc but i will keep these for specific purposes.

I bought these several months ago and have tried my hardest to make them work because if they did work, they would be fantastic as the fit is comfortable it doesn't pull my hair and I am on the phone all day. However, they suck! They've never worked Wright can't wear both at the same time because she can't get both of them to work at the same time for starters. Get yourself a simple earpiece would work way better than these. You can't answer the phone. You have to pick up your phone to answer the phone. You can't do anything correct and then my hair kept hitting them and turning them off and on and off and on not to mention the battery might last you three hours. Piece of crap! Extremely disappointed !

Paired with iPhone after purchasing just to see how they sounded. They were okay. I was planning to pair them with a radio so could still have conversation while monitoring cross talk. Was NEVER able to pair Shokz with any device again. Will be returning item

I was SO excited for these, and I went on my first run and between having smaller ears and wearing glasses, these wouldn't settle into place. And then every time I would adjust them, I would accidentally be pausing my music. I gave them two tries and had zero luck.

I didn't know how unsafe I was being running with headphones that make me unaware of my surrounding. When I started training for my first marathon I realized that these runs are going to get longer and I need to be aware of my surroundings. I'm so happy that I've invested in a pair. As a woman safety is very important and needed.

The battery life is too short

These are heavier than my previous pair and the quality is just not the same. When calls come in, they disconnect from my phone.
