We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Tracy. We can assure you that a lot of thought goes into our products, though we certainly understand that preferences can vary from person to person. We'll be sure to let our team know how you feel, and we'd like to mention that we do continue to offer a version of our Gain Original without the addition of Oxi Boost. You're always welcome to give us a call at (800) 888-4246 if there's anything more we can help you with.

We're sorry that you've found the fragrance too strong for a sensitive nose, Stephanie. A lot of thought goes into the design of our products to create features that we think you'll love. We also offer a range of product versions for the varied needs and preferences of our consumers. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we'd like to talk with you more to further help. Please give our Gain Team a call at 1-800-888-4246 from 9AM -- 6PM EST Monday–Friday.
