Wow, i have bought other set that looked good but didn't preform like they said they would. The nonstick scratches and becomes a stick pan or pot. This set has lived up to its name and does everything they say it does and even dishwashing was great. i would recommend this set for every household. I actually bought this set for my daughter and I plan to get one for myself. The cost and product balances out in my opinion.

Toxic materials

We bought these in store and did not see any information on the box regarding unsafe chemicals used in manufacturing. I was surprised to see this warning on your website, "This product contains: Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFASs) (CAS RN: None); CECBP - Priority Chemicals Aluminum (CAS RN: 7429-90-5); ATSDR Neurotoxicants; CA MCLs; CWA 303(d) Chromium, Total (CAS RN: 7440-47-3); CA MCLs Chromium Compounds (CAS RN: 7440-47-3); CA TACs; CDC 4th National Exposure Report; CWA 303(d); OEHHA RELs." As a reminder, there is a white sticker on the color box listing all the chemical information as this product page. Maybe ceramic cookware is a better option for you. Try the 11 Piece Modern Ceramic Cookware Set.

the worse set I ever purchased

I purchased this set about a month ago. Since the first day, the pans burned bacon, sausage and eggs in the pan. Then it took soaking them in hot water and soap to get the burnt food out. Still, the pans were stained with the burnt food. The material used is not great. I brought them to make my life easier, but I ended up spending more time scrubbing. I couldn’t return the set back because I threw the box away. So make sure to save the box until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Best Set of pans

I got these a year ago and really waited to review to make sure these were good. Best set I have ever had. I have had circulon, t-fal, and others and these by far are the best set. My favorite part is the lids. built in colanders! No stick and easy to clean! I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking - these are such a value priced need!

BAD LIDS BEWARE

I loved the pots right out of the box but once I used the lids they have rust and water between the glass and the metal. They also have dark spots around the lid. I need to return but if some of my old lids will fit I may keep. They are good pots and pans they just need to get the lids right

Not happy

I am not happy at all with these pots & pans. The water get stuck in between & you can get it out. They are changing colors on the outside of my pans & pots. The top gets really hot I burned myself sometimes when looking at my food. I want my money back.

the truth

So I’m not that good of a cook to tell if they’re fabulous pans. But they’re decent, seem sturdy enough and non stick everything comes off easily. They do scratch easily from the exterior the bottoms are all scratched up as soon as you set it on the stove. WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THE LIDS IS TRUE!!! They suck! If you can overlook these details the set is pretty good. You can definitely get a cheaper tfal or the other brand set or something along this lines but the quality of these seem sturdier and better and doesn’t look like it will peel like my tfal set

So far love the pans BUT hate the lids !

We bought the set 4 days ago mostly on price but the last set of Member mark pans we bought was a million years ago ( when they included a wok and the straining insert) and I had several pans that were losing the finish on the inside. Take my box home unpack and start to wash up the lids and what is my complaint The water that accumulates inside the rim from washing and rinsing that DOESN"T dry out ! This could be a deal breaker for me. Because I am not going to have lids sitting on my counter waiting 24 hours to dry! Why wasn't this addressed when they were making the lids ! Surely I'm not the only person that this has happened to ? You can see the water on the inside of the rim. I know its on the inside because no matter how hard I tried to get my towel in there the water was still there!! Granted its nice to see into the pot what you are making but, really is it necessary ? There is a silver lining to this and that is the old metal lids ( ones I can't see through) fit the pots and pans so I'll just be keeping those ! Anybody want some glass lids ? Seriously Member Mark sure hope your redesign group rethinks this lid !

Required Seasoning and cannot be used on High heat

Directions say that cookware must be seasoned before initial use and also says to never use under High heat (only low and medium). This is NON-Stick.. not cast iron, what's with seasoning it first???? And how is it safe for oven use but can't be used on High heat on the stove top? How are you supposed to boil water or sear meats? Returned unused, was not going to Void warranty because I didn't season it or used it on High heat.

Perfect for most of my cooking

Enjoying my new cookware. Disappointed that it is not scratchproof like the original Emeril cookware claims. Extra time required to stack and unstack all in small space available at house. I saved the cardboard buffers from packing box and use them to prevent scratches. Most dishes I cook need a lower heat than I normally use with other cookware because this metal conducts and holds heat much better. Example: a scrambled egg pattie for a breakfast biscuit cooks about halfway between medium and low. I can do other tasks without burning concerns. This morning I dumped the egg pattie onto open buttered biscuit, then added a slice of tomato on the egg before folding all into the biscuit. Nothng stuck to the pan, and I wiped it with a paper towel after running warm water over it.
