Love these pots.

Nice heavy pans.

After being very impressed with Members Mark commercial grade pans, I thought I’d try these. I didn’t actually need a new set as my Le Creuset is still in great shape but I was curious about the quality given the low price. Well …we really like these pans. The handles and bolts are fine for home use and the pan surfaces are quite good. I recommend these pans if you’re not snobby and just *have* to have the expensive names.

We bought this set about 5 months ago. The price was very good, considering a similar name brand set sells for 3 0r 4 hundred dollars. The smooth bottoms are great for a ceramic top stove. Very heavy duty pans with see through lids. Only complaints are water stays in the ring on non vented lids. Also, directions tell you not to use higher than medium heat. If you are using stock pot filled 2/3 full of water to boil pasta, it takes about 30 minutes for the water to begin boiling with a lid on the pot.

I ordered these online and have only been used a few times and the inside coating is chipping off. And to make make matters worse, customer service is a big joke. I’ve called three times, each time they promise an email with return information but I never receive the email. Each time I call they have no record of me ever calling. Sam’s has really gone downhill!

I brought this set on the notion that what was stated to me about the products! Well, on the first day I cooked in the pots, it appeared to be a number one winner until I cooked a couple more times and started seeing scratches all in the inside of the hardware I am also seeing partials in my food. This was falsely advertised by Sam's Club.

This set was pretty good initially out of the box. They still do decent for many purposes, but the non stick "hard anodized" surface is anything but hard. We don't use metal, but the surfaces are scratched pretty good. Those pans still work, but the medium sauce pan has chunks of the Teflon coming loose. We got them for Christmas just this last year and I cannot recommend them. We have had hard anodized cookware for many years. Our Cooks brand lasted us on average 7-10 years minimum. This one is in worse shape than any of those sets we had for all those years.¹

Based on some of the reviews of I was leary about purchasing this cookware set; however, I'm glad I trusted my gut and decided to buy. I had to order as they are no longer carried in store. They arrived well packed. This is a good-looking set of cookware! I love the array of pots and skillets you get as well as the weight of the pots (not cast iron heavy or way to thin). I was worried about being able to cook only medium to low heat, until I did some research and learned that cooking on high heat is what caused all my other pot's to warp and/or cause the non-stick coating chip. My ultimate way to test if I could be satisfied with these pots was to cook some black-eye peas and see if the juice would thicken (I can't stand watery beans) on medium heat...IT DID! I also sauteed some yellow-squash as some reviews said everything sticks, I experienced no issues with sticking, or the lid handles getting to hot to touch. I would definitely recommend these pots.

I've been using this for a few months now. The non stick surface works great and the pans seem to heat evenly. They look good and the lids are nice too. I would buy this set again and would also recommend to anyone looking for a good set of non-stick pots/pans.
