The quality of the product is superior howerver the distributors quality levels I reduced. There an issue with the machines molding for the container isn't cut out.. Without much room I needed to hold the top handle and the underside to steady the containe (spilling a small amount of milk untill about halfway). Trying to remove it could damage the handle and waste more product. It would be nice while in the plant facility they check the machine settings to prevent this issue.

Received spoiled milk at curbside pickup. Better to go inside and choose a gallon yourself. But - even when shopping inside and choosing a gallon with an expiration date that SEEMS far out enough, the sams club milk spoils almost immediately. I have purchased multiple containers of milk, half n half, and whipping cream from Sam’s club and they all have had this problem. I have thrown many containers away that were at least half full and completely curdled. I probably won’t continue purchasing these items because they don’t last for even a couple of days, let alone the “up to 7 days” that is advertised right on the container.

This milk is good, the taste more like whole milk than 2% and seems to have an extra long refrigerator life than most brands but… the jug needs some work! When pouring a glass into the glass, the milk goes everywhere except in the glass! That only makes a mess. My husband doesn’t even like the jug. Please fix it!

Milk should usually last about 10 days from being put on the shelf, The date of expiration was June 29, the milk went sour on the 24th…. We prefer A2 milk which Sam’s doesn’t carry and will not be purchasing milk from Sam’s as a result of the sour quality.

Ordered milk for curbside pick up on January 19,2022…used by date was January 20,2022! Who buys a gallon of milk that is set to expire the next day? I had to go back the next day and go inside to return it…this completely defeated the curbside pickup! This is not the first time I have had a problem with Sam’s milk…it never last anywhere near the use by date…someone is dropping the ball on the quality of their milk!

This is certainly not the correct jug that I purchased, because I have just recently purchased many products from Walmart and I didn’t want to go next door to get it. The jug you replaced it with is harder for people to pour it, especially retired people. We have to buy many products from Walmart because you have replaced it with inferior or more expensive products that you’ve deleted from your store, for instance butter, you used to carry Land O Lakes that we always kept several on hand. You replaced it with Kerrygold which is significantly higher and not as good, even several of your employees said that ow they have to go to Walmart to get theirs. By the way this will be the last time I purchase your milk, I will not make that mistake again. Many large retailers and members only stores let you go back and encourage you to make comments about their products so that they would know which products to stock in their stores to keep their customers happy. I’ve told this to your management about this. “I won’t waste my time to do this again because I’ve taken time to do it many times and I know you’ll never respond or read this, at least someone who is in a position to make changes.

It's almost never in stock. Milk is a staple. I'd prefer skim or 1%, but you stopped having that and I was left with only 2% or whole. Adults do not need whole milk. I need milk as part of my diet for the protein, but again, you never have it. I pay a fee to be able to buy products from your club. You should have what I want/need most of the time. About 75% of the time you do not have it. You have dozens of liquid milks- why can't you keep 2% milk available?????? It's a staple for many people, not only me I'm sure!

Sam's Club milk is some of the best. Always has a clean taste.

I like this milk and it is usually a good price.
