We bought this milk on July 13. On July 16 we noticed black mold-like deposits inside the top of the bottle. Attached is an image. This is not the first time we have experienced this. We will not buy milk from Sam's again.

The most frustratingly horrible design they could have possibly come up with. Seal requires a knife to get open, and the lid is hard to unscrew. Buying my milk elsewhere from here on out. Who in the world thought this was a good idea??

There's not a 0 rate or that's what I would have rated this Milk. I loved the shape of the Milk Jug however, the Milk was Sour and unusable. I live 45 minutes from the Sam's Club to return a gallon of Milk.

I used to buy milk at Sam's club all the time, but no more until they switch this container. It's bulky, awkward, hard to pour without spilling and just plain hard to remove the seal. Terrible design.

These jugs are very poorly designed. We have stopped purchasing milk at Sam's club due to this. The lid is very tightly sealed and is recessed, making it very hard to open. I considered using a hacksaw to open one of the last jugs I purchased.

Typically more expensive than local stores, also requires more work to open, can be difficult if someone has arthritis or other hand related disability.

Price is reasonable, but there were times that it got expired before the best by used date. I only live less than 10 minutes away from Sam's Club, and I put it in the fridge ride away after I got home.

The milk itself is 5 stars. Its the container shape that brings it down to 4 stars. Sometimes no matter what you do some milk gets spilled everytime its poured. Please design a different shape for your milk containers.

One of the gallons of milks' safety seal was half off so we called twice and was put on hold twice and finally disconnected. We weren't going to drink it so it was dumped out.
