One of the gallons of milks' safety seal was half off so we called twice and was put on hold twice and finally disconnected. We weren't going to drink it so it was dumped out.

This milk was a good price so we tried it. The bottle shape was a bit awkward for us to use at first however once you get a bit out of it, it becomes easier to use. I don't know if I will try this one again. Husband definitely didn't like the handling of the bottle at first.

Not very happy with this milk. The size/shape of the container is really not very good. The cap is difficult to take off & put back on. Plus, the price is higher than other 2% milk in regular stores, including Walmart. I only bought 1 of these so I wouldn't have to make a 2nd stop at another store. I will not be buying this product ever again

What is there to say other than the fact that it tastes great, seems to last long after the expiration date, and is a sturdy container that holds up without leaking. There is less expensive elsewhere but the fact that the milk doesn't spoil quick is worth the extra price I'd say!

Milk had old dried milk on outside of spout. It was spoiled when opened. Use by date still had 10 days before expired. This was a pick up order at sams club. Associate who picked the order should have seen this and picked another one for order. Upsetting when you think you have milk for kiddos then your left hanging to decide what to do.

Lets me honest, its milk, not much to say. However, Its always fresh, never got a bad bottle and I like the tamper seal under the cap. The milk in grocery stores don't have it, so the added step to remove the seal makes me feel better. Plus that seal also helps stopping spilling if the milk tips over in the car. You can't beat the price anywhere.

Sam's Club 2% milk it's no different than other 2% milks and taste fine however the price is significantly higher than your sister company Walmart's prices for the same product. Since the storage located right next to each other I usually do a Walmart pickup but on occasion only do Sam's Club home delivery (which I love) and buy the milk from Sam's Club only out of convenience despite the higher price!

Milk should usually last about 10 days from being put on the shelf, The date of expiration was June 29, the milk went sour on the 24th…. We prefer A2 milk which Sam’s doesn’t carry and will not be purchasing milk from Sam’s as a result of the sour quality.

This is certainly not the correct jug that I purchased, because I have just recently purchased many products from Walmart and I didn’t want to go next door to get it. The jug you replaced it with is harder for people to pour it, especially retired people. We have to buy many products from Walmart because you have replaced it with inferior or more expensive products that you’ve deleted from your store, for instance butter, you used to carry Land O Lakes that we always kept several on hand. You replaced it with Kerrygold which is significantly higher and not as good, even several of your employees said that ow they have to go to Walmart to get theirs. By the way this will be the last time I purchase your milk, I will not make that mistake again. Many large retailers and members only stores let you go back and encourage you to make comments about their products so that they would know which products to stock in their stores to keep their customers happy. I’ve told this to your management about this. “I won’t waste my time to do this again because I’ve taken time to do it many times and I know you’ll never respond or read this, at least someone who is in a position to make changes.

Received spoiled milk at curbside pickup. Better to go inside and choose a gallon yourself. But - even when shopping inside and choosing a gallon with an expiration date that SEEMS far out enough, the sams club milk spoils almost immediately. I have purchased multiple containers of milk, half n half, and whipping cream from Sam’s club and they all have had this problem. I have thrown many containers away that were at least half full and completely curdled. I probably won’t continue purchasing these items because they don’t last for even a couple of days, let alone the “up to 7 days” that is advertised right on the container.
