It might be that I am used to razors that have more blades but with only 2 I thought I had to go over my face a couple of times. Keep in mind, I only shave 1 to 2 times a week. I just don't grow facial hair that fast - just like my dad.

The razor has an incredible feeling, you don't feel the blades. This is a totally new way of shaving for me. I love the product and would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me it doesn't have enough blades for my sensitive skin I prefer 5-6 blades to get a better shave that's why I use a subscription company to get my blades. I wouldn't ever purchase them for several factors. One of them being to expensive and the other is that it's rough on my skin. I have seen them in the store but again to expensive. I would if you want to spend a lot of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this razor three times now and the overall feeling is that it is a nicely built razor but is lacking in a few areas. I like the shave that it produces, soft and smooth but I feel that it could use at least one or more blades to make the shaving experience better and easier. The handle itself looks and feels nice but there needs to be some sort of a grip on the metal handle because when it gets wet it becomes very slippery. Overall I would say that its a good razor that just needs a few minor tweaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Gillette Skinguard Blade like any other Gilletter product I've used before. I think this is good for a young male with little facial hair. I wasn't happy about the two blades. I had to finish with a five blade to get a close shave.

It gives a really close shave much better then my old razor blade.The handle was easy to transfer to a new blade. I would definitely encourage a friend to try the Gillette Skinguard razor too.

I'm 59 and have been shaving exclusively with Gillete metal blade razors for over 43 years. Starting with the single blade adjustable safety razor. I have sensitive and dry skin. I've tried every version of Gillete every sold. Mach 3, ProGlide, Fusion 5, etc. Just bought the new Gillete SkinGuard razors about two months ago. Hands down it's the best Gillete product ever. Close shave and zero irritation. Not only that, but my wife and daughter tried them too and they now use them exclusively as well for their legs, arm pits and even their most sensitive areas. So I've bought 3 handles and many refill packs since. Way to go Gillete, best razor ever.

I mean I didn't know anything could be improved. But I was surprised when I received this razor to try. I was floored at how complicated it looked, but when I looked at it and used it, it was not complicated at all. I will always be a user of this product. It is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I have very sensitive skin and it is rare for me not to get some kind of irritation everytime I shave. I used the SkinGuard Blade for about 2 weeks and I must say it is amazing!!!! In did not get the burning razor bumps that I was accustomed to after shaving.....huge surprise! Just to make sure this wasn't a fluke, I didn't use the same shaving cream, I switched it up and used a different kind and even shaved with just body wash and the results were still the same....No Irritation!! I had not heard of this type of blade from Gillette, but I am now a lifelong customer. Another huge plus is the blade holds up very well and does not dull as easy as the other ones I have used in the past.
