[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start on a positive note, the texture of the bar was decent. It was soft and chewy with small chunks that resembled real cookie dough. The protein content was impressive, making it a solid choice for a post-workout snack or meal replacement. However, the biggest issue I had came down to taste. The chocolate coating had a noticeably bitter flavor that completely threw off the whole experience. Instead of complementing the sweet, cookie dough center, the coating overwhelmed it. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered long after finishing the bar. The bitterness made it difficult for me to enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying the TRUBAR brand. Honestly, I’m not usually fond of protein bars but this one - was surprisingly good! I thought it was a great midday pick me up when I’m busy at work. Good blend of chocolate and cookie dough inside. It’s soft, chewy and a good source of protein.

These are my favorite so far. I love these. They are a great texture, not too chewy, or sticky. Not too sweet, but sweet enough that they kinda taste like a treat to me. I love that they’re clean and not full of crapola like other bars out there. And I don’t have to gag eating them. I hate the bars that use dates as their main ingredient. I tried to like them bc they’re clean too, but I have resigned to the fact I just hate dates. Thank God these don’t have dates in them. Yummy! I’ll keep eating them if you keep making them :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t usually eat protein bars or go out of my way to buy them, so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this one. When I opened it, I was a little surprised by how it looked, it didn’t quite match the picture on the wrapper and had that typical protein bar appearance and texture. That said, the taste really caught me off guard in a good way. It’s definitely still a protein bar, but the flavor was much better than I expected. The cookie dough taste was there, and it wasn’t overly sweet or fake tasting. I could actually see myself grabbing this one again if I needed a quick snack or something to hold me over. Out of the few protein bars I’ve tried over the years, this is easily one of the better-tasting ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing!! They are not chalky at all like most healthy protein bars! The texture reminded me of a Reese’s cup and it looked like one too! It had an amazing flavor and I kept checking the ingredients because I was so shocked it tasted so good with barely any sugar.

Grabbed one at a mega-store at a discounted price not knowing if I was going to like it. I loved both flavors that were in it (Donuts and Cookie Dough). By the time I went back, all the boxes were gone and now I'm sad I didn't grab the entire palet before they ran out.

They are a great snack to have in between meals or after a workout. And they have great ingredients so I feel good eating them! Overall, I will be buying these again!

The chocolate flavor is not fake tasting and I love how there is no sugar alcohols and no soy , all ingredients that lead to migraines for me. Gluten free on top of that and coming in at 12g protein and 12g fiber. These are gonna definitely be a must grab for me. Can’t wait to try more flavors
