I love this wash tower, everything works wonderfully and it saves so much space. My only complaint is that the choices for washing and drying are limited and using the app for additional cycles is confusing.

This tower washer/dryer vertical unit not only solved a space issue, but performs better in every respect than previous separate units. I highly recommend this unit.

The tower washer and dryer is just the easiest to use. The machine makes washing look easy. However, there claim that it is easy to go remote and online is simply not true. LG needs to improve their software so the router can connect.

I bought the tower in May one of the main reasons was it was "smart" but it will not connect to our home network. Other appliances like the LG refrigerator, but sadly after months of attempting it won't connect to the network

We absolutely love our new baby! It is so sleek and washes all of our clothes so quickly and efficiently. We are so lucky to have found this LG machine. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND
