Happy Now?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You clowns have been on my back to review this thing since it was delivered. Here's my review: It's a TV that I watch TV shows and movies on. It works. It shows me moving pictures and makes noises that seem appropriate for the moving pictures I am watching. Happy now, you pests? I'll never buy one of your products again, clingy weasels.

Still Figuring It Out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I'm in the fence about this TV. The picture is amazing, but the functions are confusing and, at times, inconvenient. I don't like how downloading an app doesn't automatically bring it to the home page. I don't like how, on the remote, the left volume button has so many functions, so trying to mute the TV will bring up an avatar doing sign language. I don't like how I need to but a soundbar to utilize Bixby. The volume isn't that great either. I do, however, like that it's a Samaung TV and I'm able to watch Roku TV. As mentioned, picture is beautiful. I really feel like I need too many spent gadgets to fully appreciate what this TV is capable of, so I'll hold on to it until I unlock it's full potential. Overall, I'd buy again... so far.

Great picture but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV. Has all the features I wanted. The only issue I have encountered is the wifi signal will just drop. Everything else in my house works fine. In fact the FireTv Stick I have attached to it works too. I have to go into the wifi settings and reset the connection to get it to reconnect. Overall a decent TV.

Picture Skips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought the tv a couple weeks ago, and sometimes while watching tv, the picture skips, repeatedly sometimes. It'll look like a person is going forward and backwards multiple times. Very annoying.

Great TV.

This TV is awesome and perfect

It's a BLUR

Don't buy this TV if you watch sports. Everything has tracers and not clear during a game. The 60 refresh rate is wholly Insufficient. Idk how you can make a tv that literally doesn't show a clear picture. I understand the price Point but as consumer I am counting on th tv to show a clear picture, not the best but clear. This tv does NOT do that. I have a 65” TCL with the same 60 refresh rate and NEVER has this problem. If I could do it over I would spend whatever is needed to get at least a 120 refresh rate

Good picture, poor remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is very good for the price of the TV. The sound is pretty good for a very thin TV. The narrow and black remote is terrible to try and use. You cannot see what you are trying to do. The so called buttons are too small to use for both vertical use and horizontal use. The TV in general is not very user friendly.
