love this TV it is my second Samsung 65" last one was still working but getting tired after close to 20 years old. new one is great picture and colors vibrant and images sharp!streaming apps are a plus I didn't have with the old TV

It does have an optic plug so I can’t add my hearing dives I don’t want to use Bluetooth. My old Samsung tv had one it died right after the Warranty expired

When using the remote for this TV to get around on the menu is terrible. I have three other samsumg TV and it is the same on them too. when access the menu to select a app the response is very slow.
