For pay-per-view services, the remote control should simply operate the television. If I wish to use a paper site I can apply for it Myself the current remote control doesn't even have a volume control on it. But it sure has netflix's button on it.

From the moment I turned it on, it was clear this set punches well above its weight. Here’s my full take focusing on the key areas that matter most: Vibrancy: The colors absolutely pop. Whether I’m watching vibrant nature documentaries, colorful animated movies, or high-energy sports, the hues are rich and lifelike without looking oversaturated. Skin tones look natural and everything just feels more immersive. Resolution: 4K detail is outstanding on this massive 75-inch screen. Text is razor-sharp, fine details in landscapes and fabrics are clearly visible, and even when I sit relatively close, the picture remains incredibly clean. Upscaling of non-4K content is also handled very well. Contrast: Blacks are deep and inky, giving the image excellent depth. Dark scenes in movies have great separation between shadows without crushing details, and the overall dynamic range makes the picture feel three-dimensional. Brightness: This TV gets plenty bright, easily handling well-lit living rooms during daytime viewing. HDR content shines with strong highlights that don’t wash out the rest of the image. I never feel like I’m missing impact even with sunlight coming through the windows. Smoothness: Motion handling is fantastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the tv has been amazing!!! Picture quality is soooo good and the interface is easy to navigate once setup is complete. Initial setup can be somewhat daunting when it's your first big product with smart hub. Early on there was an issue where the remote that came with it quit working and was then doing weird things depending on the button you pressed. Used smart hub through my phone for a few months to control it and pulled out the remote the other day and it's all of the sudden working. Don't know if it was a bug that was fixed but I'm happy with it working now either way. Honestly that's my only complaint about this tv. Updates are easy to install and apps are as well. Overall a very good product. If it weren't for the remote issue i would have 0 complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV in general is really nice. The quality is great and having other Samsung devices connected to it makes it nice as well. The only issue I have is the app. I can control a ton of devices thanks to the app, but the app doesn’t always work. It seems everyday I have to wait for the app to download the remote and many times I have to close and retry or delete and re-download. Everything else within the app is responsive but the remote always has issues.

The sound is decent for everyday viewing, though adding the Samsung surround sound soundbar makes movies even better. Overall, it's a great value for anyone wanting an affordable 4K smart TV with a crisp picture and reliable performance.
