[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the worst purchase I have ever made. The wifi drops from the TV when watching and has been faulty even after repairs. Story: Around 2 months after purchasing this TV it stopped working properly. After a week of deliberating with Samsung, they sent a repair man out. I then had to request another repairman to actually fix the problem. Fast forward a month and the issue persisted again. Could not be more displeased with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv needs additional connections for other devices. ( cable, dvd player, soundbar) and not through blue tooth. Was forced to replace my Samsung soundbar with new on that allowed pass through connections for cable and hdmi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the t v for a while now.And my first samsung, I have had several other TV brands and thus far this one has the poorest wifi connection. It drops out frequently while the others are working fine. Another drawback to this television is that you must have a samsung account logged in to even make the TV usable. On the plus side when the TV works the picture quality is good. I've move this TV to my bedroom now and placed the Vizio in the main living area now simply because of reliability of the connection.

The remote takes some time to learn , but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use . The picture quality is outstanding ,and very clear . I had 2 other Samsung TV's that lasted a long time , so buying another was with no hesitation . I would purchase this product again .

It was easy to set up, the picture is beautiful, and I love all the options to create the perfect settings for your environment. We bought this for my hunny's mancave so it's nice to have the picture setting options to adjust so we get the best picture regardless of it being bright outside or darker at night...we can always make the proper adjustments and it really helps! I am able to watch programs without needing my glasses! That's a first for me! I love that I can control the settings in my Samsung Smart Things app on my phone! Plus..it's great that I can locate my phone through my TV settings when I misplace it! And...I seem to lose my phone more often than I'd like to admit! The ONLY suggestion would be to make the remote easier to understand when it comes to adjusting the volume! We both couldn't figure out that you have to push the button up and down. It wasn't clear about how to use it in the set-up details. But, that's a tiny thing to manage once you figure it out. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier! I'm including a pic...but keep in mind...it's in our mancave!

The narrow and black remote is terrible to try and use. You cannot see what you are trying to do. The so called buttons are too small to use for both vertical use and horizontal use. The TV in general is not very user friendly.

It has stunning picture quality with vibrant colors and has cystal clear images with a cinematic feel. Sound is good and dialogue is clear and understandable. Setup was quick and stress free. It has an intuitive interface which is very clear and easy to navigate especially with Apps. I appreciate how lightweight the TV is and how easy it was to insert the stands on the TV base. I was impressed with how stable and solid the TV is on the stand. The TV is authentically pleasing, sleek and modern that fits well in my living space. Overall, this TV is great and would recommend it anyone looking for reliable good quality TV .

If you want ultra-high-end gaming features, extreme HDR brightness, or the absolute best contrast, you might want to spend more and step up into Samsung’s QLED or OLED lines.
