[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely happy with my new Samsung TV. I replaced a 11 year old TV and could not be happier. It has so many features I love, the first of which is the picture quality and the sound quality, (they both make you feel like you are in the scene as the picture quality is so life like). Additionally, the settings for the picture and sound come in an array of options so you can adjust it to your viewing behavior or likes, and sound likes. The model I have has WiFi, and Bluetooth which are both excellent. The TV has not dropped any connections WiFi home internet connections what so ever. Additionally, the TV offers internet browsing which is also awesome. And it comes with a plethora of preinstalled apps, and you can add more apps if you have a favorite. I use the TV for online streaming of movies and occasional TV shows, as well as playing games. The TV has a library of games available to play and you can connect to online game servers. It also comes with Samsun TV which was awesome too. The quality of this TV is higher than i ever expected. Additionally, the remote is very sensitive and highly responsive. You press a button and the TV reacts without delay. I highly recommend this TV. Thanks Samsung for a high quality product.

The remote takes some time to learn , but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use . The picture quality is outstanding ,and very clear . I had 2 other Samsung TV's that lasted a long time , so buying another was with no hesitation . I would purchase this product again .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We primarily use this for over the air television broadcasts. Also for streaming on a number of streaming services. We have been able to eliminate a separate Roku since Samsung supports all the streaming services we use. This makes it much easier. The one continuing problem is the closed captioning on broadcasts. There is no simple way to turn closed captioning on and off. You are required to go through a number of menus to do this. Why can't there be a SINGLE button on the remote like other manufacturers provide to simply turn it on and off? And what are the color buttons for? I have never seen any use for them. maybe allow them to be programmed?

One 55” is in the Living Room for news, sports (especially the big games), favorite shows, and Netflix, Prime etc. the other 55” is in the garage/man cave for big games, poker games and parties. The 32” TVs: one is in my home office/music room. I use that one for news, background music and for watching music lessons, both subscription and YouTube lessons. The other 32” is the spare bedroom for guests or when the grandkids stay over. They can watch their cartoons and play video games without disrupting the rest of the family and activities. We love Samsung TVs for their easy to use and manage “Smart” features. Samsung TVs are also incredibly reliable, reasonably priced, and provide great value.

Periodically, when I put on the television, the screen flickers. Have to shut off the television and restart it. Also, sometimes when I first put on the television, there is no sound / volume. Similarly, I have to shut down and restart it. Lastly, sometimes picture freezes and then reverts to Home Screen.
