I use the Fruit Smoothie Gel in addition to Honey Stinger waffles on long training runs and races. Tastes good and easy to digest. Never upsets the stomach. Use one every hour on long runs and races. I can feel the energy kick in within 15 minutes of use. I depend on these to get me through my long runs. Best gel made in my opinion.

My only real complaint is I wish they were cheaper. Marathon training mean going through a lot of these especially on long run days. Nothing else compares that I've tried. These are easy to eat and taste good. I've tried other options on different courses and they all suck.
