Great gel like all the others that Honey Stinger makes. Not as good as the Acai Pomegranate, but you cant go wrong with Fruit Smoothie! Shipping was also amazingly fast to the Denver area!

Use this on long trail runs. The taste is awesome and so easy to get down. I hate eating on runs, but Honey Stinger makes it possible! No more bonking for me.

Great for my long runs.

I use this product on the run, it is the perfect fuel for a long run, tastes great and doesn't upset my sensitive stomach!

I use the gels for fueling during long runs and love that they are lightweight and fit in my shorts pockets without a lot of bulk.

I use it for quick energy during rides and while out on runs. I wish there were an easier way to get it all out of the package with one hand.

My long run go to! Mixes great with water, or even better straight from the pack. My favorite clean and delicious energy source.

Solid as a rock as we say in our running group. This is an old time favorite that never gets old and comes though every time!

One of my favorite chew flavors, I decided to try it in the gel and it did not dissapoint! So refreshing on my long runs!

I use the Fruit Smoothie Gel in addition to Honey Stinger waffles on long training runs and races. Tastes good and easy to digest. Never upsets the stomach. Use one every hour on long runs and races. I can feel the energy kick in within 15 minutes of use. I depend on these to get me through my long runs. Best gel made in my opinion.
