I utilized this as my secret weapon, a powerhouse for my mountain bike racing life. It was the most refreshing pick me up when my brain was warning me of low BGL. I found the flavor my favorite, and the texture just right. My only disappointment was that you were sold out when I went to order more.

Great for my long runs.

I use the gels to fuel my one to three hour efforts on road and mountain bike rides. These gels taste great and give me plenty of energy to get through some of my toughest interval sessions and races.

These gels don't have caffeine which for me is actually a good thing - I like to use them on a regular training ride as a source of fuel without needing that caffeine boost.

Use this on long trail runs. The taste is awesome and so easy to get down. I hate eating on runs, but Honey Stinger makes it possible! No more bonking for me.

I use this product during long runs. I have had difficulty with other gels causing stomach cramping. I am able to use this product without the terrible side effects.

My only real complaint is I wish they were cheaper. Marathon training mean going through a lot of these especially on long run days. Nothing else compares that I've tried. These are easy to eat and taste good. I've tried other options on different courses and they all suck.
