I have been a long-time Sam's Club tire customer and have always had a positive experience. My Hyundai has Sam's Club tires, and over the years I've had rotations, warranty service, a tire plug, and even a replacement done without any issues. Because of that experience, I felt confident bringing my Volkswagen Jetta TDI wagon in for four brand-new tires. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. Three weeks ago, I purchased and had four new tires installed. I drove only a few miles home afterward. The next morning, my tire pressure light came on. I returned to Sam's Club, and I was told that was “normal” but they would check the pressure. Three tires were fine, but the front right tire was already down to 25 PSI. They added air, but the concern was not really addressed. The very next day, the warning light came back on. I returned again, and once again air was added without anyone taking the issue seriously. By Sunday, I personally checked the tire pressure and found the same tire had dropped back to 25 PSI. I made an appointment for Monday morning. Unfortunately, my appointment was double-booked, so I waited about an hour and 45 minutes (which I was willing to do because I simply wanted the tire checked properly). When the technician came out, I was told the valve stem was loose, that it had been tightened, and the tire was filled. The problem continued. Since I work from home, I was not driving much, but I noticed the tire pressure dropping again in my garage. I filled it back up myself and made another appointment. Before that appointment, I had to add air again. Within about six miles of driving after filling the tire, the warning light came back on. At this point, I brought the vehicle back and was prepared to wait as long as needed to have the issue properly investigated. Initially, I was told this was likely just weather-related pressure fluctuation because no air was showing during the water test. I explained that this was not a normal fluctuation — this was the same tire repeatedly losing significant pressure since the day the tire was installed. After reviewing the history and my concerns, they eventually rechecked the tire and replaced the valve stem completely. I was then told that my vehicle needed tire pressure monitoring sensors because my car did not have them on the tires. My Volkswagen uses a different factory tire pressure monitoring system and does not require traditional sensors mounted in each tire, so this explanation did not address the actual problem: a brand-new tire losing air repeatedly. I am now only a couple of days past that visit, and after driving maybe 50 miles total since getting four brand-new tires, I can already tell the same tire is losing pressure again. I am extremely disappointed. I chose Sam's Club because of my previous positive experiences and because I trusted the warranty and service support. I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I simply want someone to fully inspect the tire, remove it from the rim if necessary, replace it if defective, and make sure my vehicle is safe to drive. A tire losing pressure repeatedly after installation is a safety concern, and I expected my concerns to be taken seriously much sooner.

I recently purchased a new set of tires and couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The tires are high quality, perform great, and have made a noticeable difference in the ride and handling of my vehicle. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. Great service, great product, and a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires!

I loved the first 4 I bought in December for my van. Later I bought 4 more for my Subaru. I totaled the van 6/28. I had to replace one of the 4 new tires, which had a bolt that went through it, to be able to drive it off the property. Sam's prorated that tire, which did not cost me very much. The newest ire got only 30 miles driven on it. Somebody is going to salvage 4 excellent tires. I would buy again, but hopefully my original equipment tires on new van will last several years.

The tires have performed very well, and Goodyear continues to meet my expectations for quality. I have had no issues with them to date. However, my service experience at Sam's was disappointing. I had a 4:00 PM appointment, arrived at 3:45 PM, and did not leave until after 6:00 PM. This was my first time purchasing tires from Sam's, and the excessive delay—combined with the repeated excuses I was given—left a poor impression. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return for future service.

Needed new tires and was given an outrageous price quote from the dealer, so while shopping at Sams, just thought I would check the automotive department out. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and we had the tires ordered and installed within the week. Highly recommend! AAA service

Took way too long forgot to put the key back in my car for the tires didn't put enough air in the tires didn't put the right tpms in there had to come 3 different times in a week

This is a very good tire. I've purchased this tire before and I'm very pleased with it's performance and wear. I will definitely purchase this product again.

Did not know the tire repair warranty had an expiration date. It appears your proof of purchase receipt of the tires disappears from your account after 4 years. Sam's Club Topeka Kansas had no proof of purchase on my account. Had a nail in the tire and Sam's Club Topeka would not repair tire. Had to buy a new tire
