After paying for tires and attempting installation 3 times in Cheyenne, and could not get a straight answer from Richard at the tire desk when these tires may be in, I got a refund and went to Ft. Collins. Zach and his team were great! Friendly, alert, knowledgeable,and polite. I was out the door with 4 brand new tires in under an hour. I had this same tire installed at Sam's Ft. Collins 8 years and 70 thousand miles ago. Great tire.

Bought this tire after reading testing on TireRack dot com. Quiet smooth riding tire with good handling. Softens expansion joints (same local roads) noticeably better than my last tires. Decent wet weather traction. Cannot comment on snow or tread wear yet.

The economy the way it is at the moment I was in a pickle. I needed 4 new tires reasonably priced for my wife's Toyota Highlander…we've always gone with Michelin and was kind of hesitant to try the cheaper Goodyears brand but they were on sale for $100 off plus with my Sam's cash the total came out to $500 something for all 4. In all actuality they look better, ride smoother than the Michelin plus the wife is happy…

Pleased with the tires. Disappointed with the Sams app to purchase tired tires fir my Honda Accord. I purchased and set up an appointment when arrived at my appointment as told online tire purchase was incorrect. I shot back the app walked me through the process make, model , style and Year and tire. Was told the app had an issue. Cost me an extra $400. If i'd known it was wrong beforehand would have looked elsewhere

We purchased these tires for our 2023 Nissan Murano. I mediately noticed a smoother, quieter ride and better handling. The tires we had on the car only had 40,000 miles, but we feel the Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2 tires were worth changing for the improvements.

First new tires for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. Could not be more pleased. Purchased the quieter Goodyear tires. Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2. Could not believe the ride difference. Price was the best around. Saved an additional 80 dollars with the premium Sam's membership. Very pleased.

I am thrilled to report that the service I received from each employee at the Sam's Club Tire Center on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral easily exceeded my expectations! With all the construction happening on Cape Coral, I guess it was just a matter of time until I drove over a nail that sent my tire pressure plummeting, and when that happened recently, I drove straight over to Sam's Club to remedy the situation It turns out that there were three nails in my tire, and the damage was too severe to be repaired, so in just a little over an hour I was back on the road with a new tire at a price that made me smile. Thank you Charles, Keiara, Kevin and Kirk, for your swift and professional service, and thank you Sam's Club for your member pricing that keeps me renewing my membership year after year. The Sam's Club Tire Center is a part of Sam's Club that most members probably don't give much thought to as they go about their shopping, but believe me, when the need arises, it's a very valuable benefit of membership!

The insulation and employees at the location were great. Call center was terrible absolutely terrible ordered me the wrong tires, slow. Could not understand their accents, was not knowledgeable about tires. I'll never call them again I will only go to the store in person and deal with the people that know what they're doing. Call center was wasted time.

Tire pressure monitoring system evidently was. Not replaced causing a hardship on my wife and me. We purchased new tires because the old ones were dry rotted according to the sales person. Two weeks later the pressure sensor showed we needed air . We had air checked and it was ok. Sensor did not go off. The person putting in the air said it might take a few days to readjust. After a few days we had the air in tire rechecked. After doing this over three weeks a person checking the pressure stated it might a sensor replaced. I am 80 my wife is 78 we knew nothing about sensors till the last man checked it and told me what the problem may be. I am sitting here in Sams having them checked. We have worried for a month when it should have been checked and corrected the first time. We missed going places because we were concerned and did not want to have a problem on the road.
