The tires I got were great. Their service I got was good and bad one gentleman was really difficult to understand and to work with I booked for a 10 o’clock appointment when I came in he told me it was an 11 o’clock appointment for a rotation and balance. Well, my tires were only 10 days old and when I came in to do the appointment, I asked for a 10 o’clock appointment to take a look at a tire cause it looked like there might be a problem. Another man took over after I came to pick up my tire and explained that there wasn’t anything wrong. He was very Patient. He even pulled my tire off and showed me and talk to me and was very very helpful.

We had to purchase this replacement passenger side tire for an unanticipated damage situation, as described below, but along with that replacement, Mr. Matthew, the Sam’s Club technician recommended we also include a TPMS Kit small purchase price to assure proper functionality of the tire wheel air valve stem. Tire Damage Situation: While driving about 1.5 miles at night from our house in our vehicle, we heard very significant vehicle vibrations from the passenger side. So, we then stopped and noticed the rear-passenger side tire was flat. Thankfully, we were able to re-inflate it with a special tool stored in the vehicle, and we were able to drive back to the house, but at that time we did not know why the tire became flat. The next day we realized the tire had been flattened by a large nail into the tread surface and the tire wall surfaces were subsequently and permanently damaged due to its flat rolling condition. After all work service completion by Mr. Matthew, while driving we also noticed the vehicle’s “excessive low tire-pressure” dash-board indicator light was now shut-off. This indicator light had been staying on for the past two years, and our regular auto repair technician had previously suggested we frequently check tire pressures or pay a very large price estimate to figure out and fix which of our 4-vehicle tire valve stems was the cause for it to have remained on so long.

Great tires. Very quiet and good riding.

Been going to Sam's club for years and the Tire center is exceptional. Hard working, communicative and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The front in manager to this department is great

Fast service by appoinment and excellent tires

Great service, great product

The person that was helping us was Ray and he was very informative on the tires we bought. So we were HAPPY with our purchase.

The set made it a significant difference. My ride is quieter, smoother and of course more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Tire pressure monitoring system evidently was. Not replaced causing a hardship on my wife and me. We purchased new tires because the old ones were dry rotted according to the sales person. Two weeks later the pressure sensor showed we needed air . We had air checked and it was ok. Sensor did not go off. The person putting in the air said it might take a few days to readjust. After a few days we had the air in tire rechecked. After doing this over three weeks a person checking the pressure stated it might a sensor replaced. I am 80 my wife is 78 we knew nothing about sensors till the last man checked it and told me what the problem may be. I am sitting here in Sams having them checked. We have worried for a month when it should have been checked and corrected the first time. We missed going places because we were concerned and did not want to have a problem on the road.
