[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have liked everything about my l. G wash tower, it performs very well. It's gentle on my clothing, I like this selection of cycles and the delay feature. The dryer works very well for me. However, I do notice sometimes that there are drips of water coming out of the dryer door going down onto the computer. So I clean the dryer door seal and that seems to help. I clean it every time I use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a second washer/dryer for a laundry room built off of our bedroom to make it more convenient for me to do laundry rather than going downstairs with clothes and bedding. It has a larger capacity in the washer than most (all?) tower washers. My only complaint (my fault for not thinking of this before purchase) is that I have to bend way down to get the wet items out of the washer. If you have a bad back or knees, this may be an issue for you.

We bought this combo seeking faster wash and dryer times, remote monitoring and efficiency in water and electric use in drought plagued California. Since March 2022 we have run this combo with delight. The wash cycle is short and the clothes never have issues. They dry cycle is so short and complete that we wonder how we ever endured the unbearably long drying cycles from our old machine. The noise factor is like day and night. It is just a low hum and none of the "vibrations" of old. The energy saving are substantial and doing laundry is no longer a "chore".

I got this new LG WashTower 2 weeks ago and am pleased with its performance so far. I am learning the advantages and disavantages of each of the wash options. The cycles are a bit longer than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The spin cycles really get the loads dryer, shortening the time needed to dry the items. When I first used the washer, it was so quiet that I had to look at to to see if it was running!

It seems like the wall burned the surface of the clothes. The machine is completely new, which means it is definitely mechanical problem. it already has damaged several of clothes..

We have a brand new washer/dryer combo. It has not been drying since we got it. Called LG then got service. Service didn’t show but called. Ordered a new starter. It was installed over a week after that call. Still doesn’t dry even though the technician says it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washtower laundry center is a well thought out and put together unit. LG took their quality stackable washer and dryer and integrated them nicely. This is not two separate washer/dryer and you attach them with an additional kit nor is this an apartment sized unit. This is an integrated washer/dryer(large capacity) with controls in the center, not in two different places. LG put handles on the both sides and on the rear which make it easy to move around. You can separate the washer/dryer by first removing the front control panel (two screws), then remove several screws behind the control panel and then removing the rear handle piece. The washtower stands 75" tall and 27" wide. The Hot, cold and drain hook ups are standard. The dryer comes with the vent to the rear but has the option of a side vent position. The dryer cord access panel is located at the top left of the unit. The washer has a front access panel to clean the pump filter. The washtower can be controled by the touch controls at the center or you can download the LG thinQ app and control the washtower remotely. Using the app gives you greater control and you can tailor the wash or dryer setting to the type of clothes that are in there. Also it will indicate when the cycle will end and can have alerts set to remind you when the ccle has ended. This washtower also has several sensors that will detect your clothes or load size to make washing/drying easier. Both washer/dryer has built in LED lighting and the chimes on the unit are pleasant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial delivery was a bust since the unit arrived severely damaged, but thankfully the second time was a success. This unit is so quiet whether you are washing, drying or using both at the same time. It is efficient with energy and water usage too, which is great for the environment. I love being able to check on the cycles via the LG ThinQ app so I know how much time remains per cycle. The other notifications via the app are so helpful too like when you have reached 30 wash cycles so it is time to clean the tub. This unit and its accompanying app really make doing laundry a super simple task. The only downside with using the unit so far was during the initial cleaning of the tub because I had to contact the LG support team via Facebook Messenger since holding that specific touchscreen button down for three seconds was not enough to start the cleaning cycle. I needed to hold it longer. And I have contacted the LG support team a number of times for other questions and they have been incredibly helpful each time. LG products and their support team are fantastic!

I purchased this wash tower 2 weeks ago and so far I'm completely satisfied. It seems to be a solid machine. I've worked in the dry cleaning/laundromat business for 30 years and this machine rivals the quality of many commercial units I have seen. Last but not least the tower design sure opens up space in my small laundry room!

My old stackable washer/dryer died on me and I purchased the same model, but decided to see if there was anything better and to my surprise, LG made a much more modern stackable washer/dryer. These are 1000% better than my previous brand. They are so quiet and the technology is amazing. Due to my job I often time wash laundry while working and the wrinkle care function is a life saver. They look much more aesthetically pleasing to the eye and function just like a standard washer/dryer. If you have a small space and want a real washer/dryer there is no better option. This model is top of the line and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The price point is similar to the old school style stackables and you can fit a lot more in both the washer and dryer.
