This is the only butter I use when I make my baked salmon with some lemon. Also make garlic bread with it.

Love this! Flavor is subtle yet powerful to the pallet and senses. Good melting point. I haven't used it as spreadable butter but think it would be great for garlic bread. I made a breakfast skillet with biscuits and the flavor turned up nicely.
