Garlic Butter spread

I really liked the concept of this Garlic Butter spread. I liked that it was made with real butter, but spread easily. What I didn't care for was that it tasted too salty for me. I spread it on a French baguette to have garlic bread with a lasagna meal.

Verified Purchase

New Product, Need more time to compare to prior.

This is the new replacement for the prior garlic butter sold as Chef Sami’s. Used that for years and loved it and now this is the private label replacement. I’ve only used it twice so far so it’s really not enough time to judge its full comparison to the prior. Is it a true replacement? Too soon to fully compare. Is it acceptable, so far yes. Is it identical? Close but currently 4 stars rather than 5. More to come.

Don’t wait to try this butter!

I have seen this product at Sam’s and have always wanted to try and finally have! Don’t know why we waited so long! It is delicious. The smell of garlic is just enough and to be honest - the ingredients are very straightforward with no weird fillers. We were shocked that it recommends leaving out at room temp for up to 6 weeks! But it is easier to spread. We have used on toast to make garlic bread, and a dollop in scrambled eggs. Going to try mashed potatoes.

Game changer!!!!!

First of all, I’m not the biggest fan of butter, but I love garlic! When I tried Member's Mark Garlic Butter with Parmesan Cheese and Basil, I was actually shocked at how good it tasted. The garlic flavor really comes through but it’s not too strong.... it’s just right. The Parmesan and basil add a nice, savory taste that makes everything more delicious. It’s creamy, smooth, and spreads really well too. What I like most is that it doesn’t have a bunch of weird stuff in it. It’s made with real butter and simple ingredients. I put it on my vegetables, brown rice, and barbecue chicken, and it gave everything a really tasty, buttery garlic flavor without being too much. Every bite had a nice balance of garlic, cheese, and herbs. If you haven’t tried Member’s Mark Garlic Butter yet, you have to give it a try. Seriously, run to the store now before it sells out...it’s that good!

Buttery garlic butter

The garlic butter was yummy on French bread. I unfortunately didn’t read the packaging and put it in the fridge. So when it came time to use the butter it was rock hard and wouldn’t spread. The packaging says keep on the counter for up to 6 weeks. I keep butter in the fridge because I live in a humid place. I want to try it melted on steak next. I recommend this butter.

Great taste!

When I received the package that had the butter it was not cold at all. Even the cold pack was completely thawed and not cold at all. I was worried that it would affect the taste of the butter. After verifying that it would be ok to still eat it I put the butter in the fridge like it said to do. When I pulled it out a few days later to make some garlic bread it was very hard to get it to spread. I’m not sure if that was because of the temperature it was when I got it or just because the butter had hardened in the fridge. After letting it sit out for 20 mins it was still hard to spread. Once the bread was baked though it tasted great. It has a more butter taste than I usually have when marking it with separate spices but it was still good. My kids had seconds and will willingly eat it again! I do wish it was easier to spread though.

Garlic Butter with a Twist!

I have tried other garlic butter products in the market but the Members Mark Garlic Butter changes the game with the parmesan & basil. I typically like this on bread (toasted of course) but have also used it to cook fish or beef. Either way, it just adds so much flavor and goodness to whatever you use it with.

Great butter option

I have a go to garlic butter I usually buy but after using this will definitely switch. I was worried this would not have enough of a garlic flavor as my go to but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was still there and this brand is cheaper. My family couldn't tell the difference when we used it for the garlic butter and herb shrimp pasta dish we've been making for years.

Super tasty

Super tasty garlic butter spread! I used this to make garlic bread and it was so good. I’d think it would also be really good to cookie fish or chicken in but I haven’t tried that yet. I like that it’s all butter and no oils. It’s hard out of the fridge but soft at room temperature because of that.
