Tastes great on my homemade French bread. I don’t keep it on the counter up to six weeks, but I do pull it out from the fridge a few hours before using to it will soften up. Otherwise, it’s rock hard.

I can't say that I was able to taste this much. It was gone within a week. But I was assured that it was awesome. The one time that I did taste it, it tasted great.
