i purchased 2 of these pillows andnthey have a very strong chemical smell that i could not get rid of. i had to return them.

Feel like I was kicked by a mule after sleeping on this pillow. I love cooling memory pillows, but this one just lacked the comfort.

My husband loves firm pillows, and this has become the only pillow he will sleep with. It's firm but also stays nice and cool when he's sleeping.

Not cool at all , i bought a pillow 7 years ago from a different manufacturer that is cooler than this brand new one , was disappointed

These are well made pillows. A lot firmer than my other name brand memory foam pillows.

Less than 1 month in the pillows went bland no support compared to being new.

A very comfortable pillow but after several days it's still stinks and airing it out does not seem to be working. Smells pretty intolerable.

The fill doesn't fill the pillow - leaves a large empty space on bottom.
