It’s a very nice pillow for the price. Offers great support. I typically use a pillow with a rounded out portion for additional neck support but I still felt great with this pillow even without the cut out. Will buy another.

I love that this pillow has a cushioned cover that can be removed to wash. I do not feel the cooling effect but it is firm and very comfortable. I recommend for a comfortable pillow but not for a cooling effect.

My son loves this pillow. It’s memory foam, and so soft. If you’re not a fan of memory foam, you might not like it. It is hotel quality, and also has a zipper so you can wash the outside if you happen to get it dirty. Very nice quality.

This pillow replaced my old TempurPedic pillow. I was skeptical that it wouldn't measure up, but I absolutely love it! Its just the right height and firmness for me. I could not be happier.

Pillow is not too firm and holds it shape. This pillow has good support did not lose its shape. I have bought pillows that don't hold shape and are too firm, but this one is just right. I would recommend.

It a great pillow for someone who prefers firmer pillow. Pillowcases do not stay on though. I suggest a zippered case. It IS cooler than regular pillows though.

The pillows actually have very nice loft and are comfortable to lay on, but they are in no way, shape, or form a cooling material. These pillows are not only NOT cooling, but they actually get so hot that I would wake up sweating wherever my head and neck was touching the pillow. We tried multiple pillow case fabrics just in case that was the issue, but it always came down to the pillow simply not doing what it is advertised to do.

Nice pillow. Can't say how it performs in summer heat. Firm support. Works for me to keep head/neck aligned with spine. Reason for 4* and not 5 is that the size is too small. Only available in Standard and I think King (but on-line only). Why is ther no queen size? I find this length to be too short.

Ive had neck and shoulder pain for years. It gets so bad that i get headaches from it. I've been using this pillow for several weeks and will never use anything else! Its a solid piece of memory foam unlike other brands. It even comes with a 5year warranty. I need to go back a purchase more!
