Love the swing set but one of the roof pieces came shattered. Bad part is there isn’t a way to get ahold of the company to replace and there is no way to return as we already started to put it together and to big to ship

We love this play set. The directions were very well written and easy to understand. My husband and father were able to do this with just the 2 of them. 2 people are needed.

VERY upset! One of the boxes is missing and we have 2 of another box. they are trying to resolve it, but it may not be done by Christmas for my sons gift

It's been a month now since the playset was supposed to be delivered. It came over 2 weeks late and with no slide. It's now been a month and we're still waiting for the slide

Bought this set at Sam's club. It was simple and easy to put together with they help.of someone. The best advice is do what I did, take the time to open all the boxes and sort the parts by letter and sort the bolts, lag screws and screws apart. Took several hours to sort everything out but was very helpful on the build process. I put the monkey bars and swing bar together by myself on evening. First day I work on the rest of the swing set had 3 people and we worked about 5 hours. Second day we worked with 2 people and took about another 4 hours to finish up. Had on bag of parts missing, that only had 4 pieces but was able to find that at the local hardware store and not wait to get it shipped from the company. Did not take me and my help the 18-24 hours to build as the book said. With me sorting the parts and putting the swing and monkey bar together, I would guess had 12-13 hours of work in it.

I bought this on Black Friday last year and it was delivered a couple of weeks later. Being in a northern climate it sat in my garage all winter. Since it comes in 3 large boxes, not including the slide which I had to stack on top, I was anxious to get started on it this spring. Well it finally got nice enough last weekend that I decided to bust into the boxes and see how long this project would take me. I started Friday evening after supper and got the monkey bars and ladder put together. Saturday morning I got started at about 9:00 a.m.. There are A LOT of pieces so my wife graciously offered to organize all the pieces by letter and in numerical order. This was a HUGE time saver. I worked for 10 hours that day and another 7 hours on Sunday with only breaks to charge my drill. A good cordless drill is a must! So total time was just under 20 hours including redoing a few steps since I had a board or two flipped, my fault though. This was done mostly myself. My wife did help for a few awkward parts but she had to chase around our 2 and a half year old son so she had her hands full. Overall the assembly went pretty smooth. I've put together play sets in the past helping co-workers and this seemed to go a lot smoother. Only 2 bolts were missing from the hardware kit which happened to be the two needed to attach the monkey bars. I emailed the manufacturer and they sent me the two missing parts in the mail the next day. As soon as they arrived it took me 5 minutes to wrap it all up. My son loves it and we are pleased with the quality. Would buy again.

Purchased this for my two grandsons, ages 1 and 5 plus neighborhood kids. Bought it specifically because it had the steps my 1 yr old grandson could use to be included. It arrived, while putting it together my husband noticed the layout was not the layout of the printed blueprints we printed once we bought it. We continued to put it together, with little wide eye boys watching in excitement. It was NOT the one we purchased, it's similar but not the specific one we selected due to the stairs for my grandson. This one does not have steps, has a rock wall, or monkey bars that have to be used to get to the level to the two slides. My 1 yr old grandson is unable to use it unless his mom is with him to help. Not sure the one we got is equivulent to the price we paid, that is something we'll have to look into more.

Did quite a bit of research before we bought this for the Grandparents’s and am very disappointed. The assembly was accurate took us about 2 days. Price was good as well! We took our time and made sure to do it correctly. I wouldn’t have purchased this if I would have known how flimsy this is. This was purchased for all the grandkids! We have a very active family so adults are usually out there playing with the kids! This playset is NOT sturdy to hold adults! I weigh 160lbs and the boards flex EVERYTIME I step on them. Everytime an adult gets on there it creeks and sounds like it may break. Very disappointing! If you are just having kiddos play on it then this may be for you. If you potentially want to play with your kids on this I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This was a Christmas present for my kids that my husband just put together with a little help in about a full weekend. Instructions were easy to follow, very thorough and helpful. All of the parts were there and clearly labeled. Now the kids are having a blast and my 4 yo daughter was sooo excited about the curtains and hammock. Definitely not for a lot of older kids but great for my two under 5 and will grow with them.

This took me and my husband 2 days to put together. Definitely worth saving the money by doing it ourselves. Overall the directions were pretty good. It would be nice if the boards were labeled front and back also. All of the pieces were there with some extra screws and bolts which was nice. The kids love it ( 4 and 9 years old).
