Horrible shipping

Still in the middle of assembly but experience has already been tainted by unprofessional delivery. Shipment was described as to be dropped in driveway or on sidewalk. I came to front door and discovered 3 large, heavy boxes had been dropped on front yard with no one in sight. As rain was coming, I had to scramble to get help and move boxes off lawn and into garage. A simple Knock on the door or text/email notification would have solved the problem. The next day I did receive an email that shipment had been delivered. Thank goodness I was home or my lawn and the boxes would have been a mess.

Cheap light weight lumber

This set is definitely not made with sturdy wood. It is extremely light weight and cheap

Hi Marcus-<br /> I am sorry our product disappointed you. Our wood is selected for its outdoor qualities (resists bugs, natural longevity resisting decay and rot due to moisture or ground contact, etc.). We have had many years of proven products and are confident if maintained according to your manual guidelines your family will enjoy it for many years to come. Please know your swing set does come with a 5-year pro-rated warranty if you need any parts. Our Customer Service can be reached 7 days a week at 800-856-4445.

Warped boards

Nice swing set except some boards arrived warped making it harder to line up holes.
