Mostly good but a couple cross members arrived bent. Of course it’s hard to tell from the naked eye, it was only after spending time putting it together where I realized it. I couldn’t imagine returning this monster for the crossmembers so I’m stuck with a pretty good shelf with some issues.

This was a nightmare to assemble due to manufacturing defects. One of the four corner pieces was twisted so badly it took over 30 minutes to bend and jury rig it so that the cross bar would slip into the anchoring holes, resulting in the powder coat being damaged so badly that the shelf looks like cheap crap. Fortunately it is in the garage so cosmetic appeal isn't terribly important, but it's extremely annoying. If it was not so heavy (we had it delivered) I would have returned it, but as it is, we'll live with it and never purchase something like this again from Sams Club.

So sturdy and easy to put together. Really good quality. The only problem is that people pick them up and move them by the nylon straps which often bends part of the shelving and makes it very hard to put together. This is not the manufacturer’s fault. It’s because of the way that they are handled.

I'm extremely happy with this, easy to assemble, and very strong i have it loaded with multiple heavy things like car parts, miter saw, table saw, (12) 5 gallon gas cans, 4 bundles of shingles, tool boxes and a transmission. I'm extremely impressed with how many things i could fit on it, and it's very sturdy.

This is a really nice shelf unit that worked great in my garage. It's quite sturdy and easy to assemble for the most part. The cross beams prevent shelf sagging as well. My main gripe is the very nice powder coat finish isn't perfect out of the box and easily chips during assembly. If you don't mind that, then it's a great set.

Shelves are very nice, easy to assemble by yourself with no tools needed. I put two together in 30 minutes. Delivery was poorly executed. For starters, boxes tell you to partner lift yet they send via FedEx with a single female driver not equipped to deliver these. They did not arrive together and second one was dumped in snow and slush in front of my mailbox at the top of the hill.

It took about 30 minutes to assemble the first one, and 20 for the second after we knew what we are doing. Could have done it with one person, but two makes it much easier. Easy to put together, tool free (a rubber mallet is very helpful though). Once it is put together, it is very sturdy. We did research on other brands, and this one was half the cost of anything similar. Very good bang for your buck. I have the high end ones at my job and this one stand up to those ones. One hint is to put it together in order from bottom to top. For example, don't do the top rack, then the bottom, then the middle.

Great shelves - bought 5 total...traveled over 300 miles to McKinney, TX to buy the first 2 in store when website said none were available for pickup/delivery or shipping. Decided to purchase more and website had shipping available, none in store, so bought and shipped 2 more. While shopping local Sam’s Club saw 4 boxed on the floor, bought one more. All are easy to assemble (one person), sturdy and durable. Placed in a 40 foot shipping container with room to spare and lots of shelf space.

Ordered two, one arrived very damaged, called SAMS got a rep Krya who could care less. She was a Resolution Specialist II Executive Escalations, the item had all the metal shelves bent to the point they had to be bent back and epoxied to be usable. A second one that I ordered came still somewhat bent but the first one was delayed in delivery for 2 weeks so I'm guessing was drug literally from the shear weight. If you guys reading can buy in store great, the Southgate Sams Club is the worst one I've been to and in ordering this thing multiple times it was always out of stock so this was the only chance I had to get one. They really need to tie the wire shelves together in shipping (and maybe fire Kyra or put her in a role she speaks to non-customers only) but once fixed I do really like the shelf and it is what I wanted. I just wish Sams cared more about customer service.

It took 2 of us with a mallet an hour to put together. The slats cannot be anchored with the pins because the holes are not properly drilled. One post was bent so we struggled to get it assembled. It's up. Seems sturdy enough. The price was great. It's really heavy so we were trying to make it work instead of returning it.
