Awesome Playset

It took my husband and I 2 half days and one full day to build. The app was a huge help, definitely pay attention to where it says to pre drill, if you skip that step wood will split. We did have 1 hiccup with instructions on the last step and customer service was excellent helping us through it. Our 8 year old and her friend LOVE this playset! It looks beautiful in our yard and seems sturdy. Very happy with this purchase!

The set seems good so far as I can tell. It is still in the boxes. If I could change one thing it would be that it was on sale at a different time of the year. I purchased this as a Black Friday deal. Since winter has set in here in Tennessee I am still waiting on a break in the weather to install the set. It would make more sense to me as a consumer to purchase this in the Spring/Summer, but I went ahead when I saw the significant sale price.

Very disappointed

Ordered this play set back on November 17th for our grandchildren for christmas they came and put it together about 2 weeks later. the two gentlemen came to the house set up the swing set after they left we went out and was mortified to see screws missing, boards split and bolts put in backward so as a child could get hurt on. It is now January 4th and my grandchildren still can not play on this set as it is unsafe. I'm so frustrated that I'm at the point I just want my money back and i will go with another company.

broken

Love the swing set but one of the roof pieces came shattered. Bad part is there isn’t a way to get ahold of the company to replace and there is no way to return as we already started to put it together and to big to ship
