connecting and staying connected to the ps5 or the portal is difficult with this product (it randomly disconnects with my ps5 and will not reconnect for hours even days to fix the connection) versus the pulse 300(which never having a connection problem with) the sound of the elites are great and feel good on the head( although the head rest strap is pretty weak) overall if the bluetooth connection was fixed it would be well worth the price

You can hear a pin drop in game while hearing absolutely nothing around you, they have amazing noise cancellation and incredible sound quality! Bought it for my dad and became his favorite child 😂

Best gaming headset I've ever used. very comfortable and dang do these things get loud if you want them to. I play a lot of NBA2k26 so there's lots of music and it sounds great through these. For $110 you won't find a better headset

this is my second pair of these that I have bought. both of them broke in the same spot rendering them useless. I don't have an overly large head or anything, yet they are too poorly built. super unfortunate

If you want these you have to be gentle i was putting mines on and off for about a month ans they start splitting apart where the connection is from the head part to the headphones terrible design

Broke 2 months in, where you put the earpiece on, the sides cracked and now the earpieces are hanging

Absolutely love them. They cancel out noise fantastic and sounds great. You can talk to your buddy’s and listen to music at the same time, can’t beat that!!

I really liked how the headset has excellent sound quality, but they break easily. The battery life was incredible, and I was impressed by how great the mic performed during my use. Yes, they're great, but they broke easily.

The newer ones come with a case! My old one did not. I got a new one because the old one cracked on the side from dropping it. I can't believe how different it feels too.

The frame of the headset just broke when I was taking it off. This was just 3mths after purchasing the headset, therefore i had no recourse for exchange or refund.
