Extremely poor quality, the headpiece that connects the headphones already broke.

Amazing PS Headset! Sound quality and clarity are amazing!

It was too small for my son head. Didn't say anything about size.

I guess the one I bought was defective it wouldn’t connect and it sounded horrible when it did I have some regular pulse ones that work way better

It stopped working after 2 days and the warranty is so complicated that I can’t even get in contact to get a replacement

These things disconnect all the time randomly. Also they break at the headphone point very easy the plastic is trash!

Absolutely love the upgrade, the sound clarity is amazing on each game. I also think the noise cancelation is EXCELLENT.

Had them a few months and the microphone doesn’t work. Took them to see if it can be fixed and he told me they don’t sell parts for them. We’re supposed to be new but we’re not in a box. 😡
