As a first time PlayStation owner I have had no idea what products are worth the money and which ones are not. Like the Xbox any headset works just fine but with ps you need to spend a little more but you get what you pay for. These headphones are almost perfect. My thoughts on these are the quality is there with the sound but they get uncomfortable after a certain point which I do not like. Regardless you get high quality sound that you can customize the bass treble etc in the setting which is great. Overall I’d give it a B

I have personally spent at least 1500.00 in the last 2 years on headsets between my own gaming and my gaming family....from 50 dollar sets to 300 dollar sets and this is absolutely hands down the best for my console playing at least. have not yet gotten to try them for my pc

Highly recommend if you love gaming with friends. Being a Sony product is great because the setup is super easy and it just works with the PS5. I had another headset, but whenever i wanted to hear audio from my tv, i had to disconnect the USB dongle. This headset doesnt have that issue, you just turn it on and the audio switches over.

Absolutely love them. They cancel out noise fantastic and sounds great. You can talk to your buddy’s and listen to music at the same time, can’t beat that!!

The newer ones come with a case! My old one did not. I got a new one because the old one cracked on the side from dropping it. I can't believe how different it feels too.

I really liked how the headset has excellent sound quality, but they break easily. The battery life was incredible, and I was impressed by how great the mic performed during my use. Yes, they're great, but they broke easily.

rhis headset has amazing sound quality but it will randomly disconnect from the dongle even if your right next to it. also the band on it is extremely fragile in the area where the rubber inner band connects to the plastic outer band. there is a seem right there and if you pull it off your head without being extremely gental it will snap. im on my 3rd pair they all snapped in the same exact spot. dont not buy this item. the pulse 3D is way more durable and doesnt disconnect. the sound isnt quite as good but ill trade sound quality for durability and dependability any day.

connecting and staying connected to the ps5 or the portal is difficult with this product (it randomly disconnects with my ps5 and will not reconnect for hours even days to fix the connection) versus the pulse 300(which never having a connection problem with) the sound of the elites are great and feel good on the head( although the head rest strap is pretty weak) overall if the bluetooth connection was fixed it would be well worth the price

1 month and already breaking, sound is great and perfomance, but for the price you expect it to last

this is my second pair of these that I have bought. both of them broke in the same spot rendering them useless. I don't have an overly large head or anything, yet they are too poorly built. super unfortunate
