Best gaming headset I've ever used. very comfortable and dang do these things get loud if you want them to. I play a lot of NBA2k26 so there's lots of music and it sounds great through these. For $110 you won't find a better headset

spent thousands, these were the best (for console)

I have personally spent at least 1500.00 in the last 2 years on headsets between my own gaming and my gaming family....from 50 dollar sets to 300 dollar sets and this is absolutely hands down the best for my console playing at least. have not yet gotten to try them for my pc

You can hear a pin drop in game while hearing absolutely nothing around you, they have amazing noise cancellation and incredible sound quality! Bought it for my dad and became his favorite child 😂

As a first time PlayStation owner I have had no idea what products are worth the money and which ones are not. Like the Xbox any headset works just fine but with ps you need to spend a little more but you get what you pay for. These headphones are almost perfect. My thoughts on these are the quality is there with the sound but they get uncomfortable after a certain point which I do not like. Regardless you get high quality sound that you can customize the bass treble etc in the setting which is great. Overall I’d give it a B

Must have for Playstation users

Highly recommend if you love gaming with friends. Being a Sony product is great because the setup is super easy and it just works with the PS5. I had another headset, but whenever i wanted to hear audio from my tv, i had to disconnect the USB dongle. This headset doesnt have that issue, you just turn it on and the audio switches over.

PlayStation 5 new Pulse Elite wireless headphones

They are like a flex fit headband with spring action that self adjusts so they will constantly move on your head if changing lounging positions like in a reclining gaming chair. Bad frequency range, I literally can’t walk out on my front porch, which is a glass screen door and 10ft from my system, without the headphones signal cutting out… so no sound and mic cutting out at small distances. The built-in microphone has way too much external noise, like a fan blowing is heard on the mic like I’m in a hurricane storm. I also feel like the unmuting action takes longer. I stay on mute since background noise, the timing for the mic to actually pick up from when button is pressed is on remote control is delayed longer than my previous Logitech set. My Logitech gaming headphones don’t have any of these issues. Sony needs to make the signal stronger or something, and figure out a better AI enhanced filtering system for the mic to reduce background noise. The over the ear part is super comfy though, so I’ll keep them and hope one day they get a software update that makes them usable at a distance with better mic filtering as I like freedom to move about while gaming and not be entirely stationary. Also, the hanging charger is pretty sweet and I could use it on the side of my PS5 that I keep in the vertical position which was convenient. Sound quality from games and other players is good. For the price I guess I just expected everything about them to be superb and since it is from the gaming system company I guess I just expected them to be more seamless and better than an outside company would be with a companion product.

connecting and staying connected to the ps5 or the portal is difficult with this product (it randomly disconnects with my ps5 and will not reconnect for hours even days to fix the connection) versus the pulse 300(which never having a connection problem with) the sound of the elites are great and feel good on the head( although the head rest strap is pretty weak) overall if the bluetooth connection was fixed it would be well worth the price

Snapped in less than 3 months!

The headset snapped right in half, my husband had it less than three month's and when he was removing it off his head it snapped. I read in comments before buying it had happened to others, but I honestly thought they were to blame for being rough and decided to buy it anyways! I was wrong, these snapped so easily. I should've listen to the other reviews!

this is my second pair of these that I have bought. both of them broke in the same spot rendering them useless. I don't have an overly large head or anything, yet they are too poorly built. super unfortunate
