I find this product to be user friendly and have never had paint seep beneath the seal on trim projects I have used it on. It is a tape that even the most novice home owner can use with confidence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact ScotchBlue Painter't Tape is the best ever makes me super excited to be able to submit my Sweepstakes Entry and review! I have purchased and fixed up three repo homes and used this tape for painting my own home. One way I learned the quality of this tape is by accidentally purchasing another brand. The other brand was thinner and kept tearing while I was applying it. It was difficult to apply in straight lines and when I removed it it kept tearing into tiny pieces. Since then I know to stick with Scotch Blue for the best quality product because it's easier to use, saves time, and gives great results (doesn't leak paing like some other brand did). I even used this tape as a quick way to identify our luggage when traveling and it did not fall off during the trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried your product in helping my girlfriend decorate a room in her house for the expectant arrival of her granddaughter. It is easy to use and made painting so much easier. I highly recommend it to every one!!!

I tried this product for the first time and I’m very disappointed with the results. The adhesive was too strong, it peeled off the ceiling paint it was meant to protect. I had used the green tape on the same ceiling to use up what I had and had no issues. Every spot I continued on with the scotch blue ended up with damaged ceiling paint. Not only that it was difficult to remove as it kept ripping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ScotchBlue Original painters tape works great at taping of things I don't want painted. It leaves a nice line after using and I don't have to worry about it leaving residue or sticking to the surface.

Had 2 rolls of off brand tape and 1 roll scotch blue. Off brand worked great, the scotch on the other hand didn't want to come off and when i did get it up, i see paint got underneath and messed up the wood. Also it took big chunks of paint with it off the wall. Im not happy about it and wont buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best product to use to create a straight line while painting. It does take some time to get a level line (and sometimes to stick to bumpy/rough surfaces) and once done, easy to take down.

Hello, I never ever leave revues or comments about products but what I just went through I wouldn’t put anyone else through. I just spent all day taping the ceiling of two rooms. When I removed your Scotch Blue Original Multi-Surface painters tape from the ceiling that was painted 48 hours ago, it pulled almost all of the paint off with it. I can’t believe I actually gave the blue tape a try. This project is pretty much a do over and a waste of a vacation. This product is garbage and I will never use any of your products again. This will also be copied and pasted on every site/comment/revue page I can find so other people do not purchase this horrible product and go through this. I have painted many rooms in my homes and of course tried this tape because it was on sale. Thanks for a loss of 3 day. Your product is horrible!

It holds on any surface very well and is very easy to remove. I use it on a lot of woodworking projects that make. I would recommend this product for everyone.
