took my time cleaning and prepping the woodwork, made sure no grease, dirt, and dry. this is for a set of maple French doors with off-white trim. the white bleed through the edge all around the door. so much for a clean tight edge...so disappointed. don't buy this stuff, find another product.

Paint edges have remained crisp without seepage, even with orange peel-textured walls. Removal has been a breeze; no paint pull-off. Yes, it's a pain to do the prep work, but with this tape, I don't have to worry about cleaning up stray paint later. So worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this tape many times in painting, I painted stripes and used the paint to keep the lines straight and the paint not to run into the other paint, people have to touch the wall to see if its paint or paper. I always use it to tape round windows, doors and any other object I don't want to paint of get paint on. I'm very happy with this product and don't paint without it.

I love your painter's tape! Over the years, this has been the first thing I pick up before starting a project. I keep several rolls around the house for other projects. I've used it to temporarily secure several pictures into a collage frame, hold a recipe to the cabinet door as I am cooking, hold a table cloth in place. My most favorite use of all: I have broken my toes so many times. The first time it happened, the doctor said the only thing we can do is tape them up to keep them secure. Now, when I run into a piece of furniture with bare feet and I hear that *snap*, I reach for my painter's tape and wrap up my toes. It is better than any medical tape and easier (and less painful) to remove. LOVE IT!!

Easy to put on, stayed on during the hot sun. That evening there was drizzle, and the next day when I removed the painters tape, it was easy to peel off, and the paint was perfectly trimmed around the door. Did I mention this door was 36 feet wide and 24 foot tall? Thank you Scotch!

It was the best part of the job, tape was easy to use, went on and off with ease and made the cleanup quick, but best of all made clean lines and professional looking work.. I will use this product each time I need to paint anything.

Picked up some blue to paint my grandsons wall with multiple colors similar to your recent commercial. The paint bled under the tape in spite of my many tries to stop it from doing so. To make matters worse, it pulled off some of the freshly painted paint.
