[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the original blue tape for many projects over the years. Most uses were for painting, but it is also good for cases where the tape needs to be temporarily applied, then removed without leaving residue.

So I try no to waiste non of it. And alway's keep a roll on every toolbox. And the best of it, is that it comes in diffrent sizes. my favorite is the 1"tape. So be a smart painter and use the best!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years, I have painted many houses before flipping the homes (long before it was a thing to do), and always used different masking tapes with questionable results. I tried ScotchBlue about 5 years ago and will never use anything else from then on. It goes on easily (and I sometimes need to reposition the tape if I am being sloppy---and it sticks well); If I delay between subsequent coats of paint and the tape is left on a few days, it still removes easily and cleanly when I want. It holds tight on the edges and leaves a clean line between colors for detail decoration painting. Thank you for a wonderful product. (I use it for all sorts of other craft and packaging projects too with superb results).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best product to use to create a straight line while painting. It does take some time to get a level line (and sometimes to stick to bumpy/rough surfaces) and once done, easy to take down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this fine painter's tape on a small touch-up project painting exterior trim. The tape was perfectly effective in leaving a clean line with no paint bleed. The tape applied easily and was removed cleanly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was repairing a space in wallpaper where I had removed a home intercom station. I had to prime the new drywall before replacing wallpaper. Primer paint seeped under the tape and spread out into the existing wallpaper. Had to spend some time cleaning up paint before it dried on the wallpaper.

Quilters love this tape. We use several layers to mark seam lines on our machines, it will not harm our paint or decals. Many other uses that include marking fabric or blocks, we can write our information on it and then remove when finished. Strips of tape can be used to stitch a grid pattern on our quilts. We just place tape on fabric and sew close to edge, remove and reposition and sew next line. The only problem I have is not enought different widths. 1/4", 1/2" would be great!
