I had to come back to it several days later. I was fearful about how difficult the tape would be to remove (because I've had trouble with other brands in the past) - NOT SO with ScotchBlue!!! The tape came off with no residue!!

I tend to be a bit messy and it would be a nightmare to have to scrape off dried paint after-the-fact. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is amazing. I had to paint my bathroom and I used it to keep from getting paint on my trim. It worked wonderfully. I put it down the side of the trim and not one bit of paint got all my trim. After everything was dry, it pulled right off with no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently built four wooden wheels, hubs and outer rim from 2 by 6 lumber. I taped the surface of the lumber for the outer rim with my blue tape. Drew the complete wheel out on the lumber in four sections. A lot of drawing and changes on the tape, not a simple task. Well after all of the corrections, I cut the sections out on a band saw. Pulled all of the tape off and had 4 perfect sections with no pencil marks and no splintered edges. Love this stuff !

It has come in handy for taping off "roads" for the children to drive their cars on, creating shapes on tables & floors to sort or play games in, creating designs on tables for the children to do etching on paper....the uses are endless! Thank you for this product and I look forward to seeing the many more uses in the future!

I thought I would use what I was told an excellent painters tape. I used a latex paint in my kitchen and taped off the chair rails, base board and cabinets. I painted the area and waited a full day for the paint to dry. I then proceeded to remove the tape and what a disappointment when I found more than half the area had paint under the tape where it was applied. I now have hours of repair to make the kitchen look presentable. Needless to say Scotch has lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone I know who does their own painting to find another product.

took my time cleaning and prepping the woodwork, made sure no grease, dirt, and dry. this is for a set of maple French doors with off-white trim. the white bleed through the edge all around the door. so much for a clean tight edge...so disappointed. don't buy this stuff, find another product.

If you're looking for a tape for your painting project - big or small - stop searching! I always use ScotchBlue and I've never been disappointed. It's a great product at an affordable price. Most importantly, it does not cause surface damage. I've safely left it painted drywall, crown moulding, metal and glass for 10-12 days. I wouldn't use any other product for this type of job.

Used on a small curio cabinet. I really liked the tape stuck where I put it and it did not curl off the glass. Had no paint bleed. Thumbs up on this great product!!

I really don't get the hype with all these tapes!!! I have tried several different types and everyone of them has bled under the tape!! I have even used the ones with the supposed edge lock technology? I make sure I seal it down tight but it still bleeds. I tried to upload a pic and it wouldn't let me....
