Well thanks to your product i now have to buy new paint for trim work. I used your tape to save money and try to protect the trim that I had already painted, well that was a huge mistake because when i tried to take off the tape it peeled the paint that was on my trim. So now i have to spend another sum of money for more paint. Thanks for the waist of time and money

The manufacturer will always show the good reviews for sales. This stuff is now crap. They have made it so thin to save money, I couldn't even get it off a towel without it ripping a bunch of times. The glue is stronger than the blue paper now. Stay away!!!

I also used it on the floor as I was painting my baseboards. After I painted the tape came off very smooth and worked like a charm, it had no bleed through at all.

If you're looking for a tape for your painting project - big or small - stop searching! I always use ScotchBlue and I've never been disappointed. It's a great product at an affordable price. Most importantly, it does not cause surface damage. I've safely left it painted drywall, crown moulding, metal and glass for 10-12 days. I wouldn't use any other product for this type of job.

Picked up some blue to paint my grandsons wall with multiple colors similar to your recent commercial. The paint bled under the tape in spite of my many tries to stop it from doing so. To make matters worse, it pulled off some of the freshly painted paint.

I tried using this tape on a project where I repainted textured walls in a staircase. It worked extremely well, was easy to apply and paint did not bleed through it onto my wood bannisters and baseboards. Removal was easy, and the tape left no residue. Good instructions for use were included and my result was excellent. I definitely will buy this tape for future painting jobs.

ScotchBlue saved so much time with little roller oops for this first timer. A little slip here and there on to the tape was easily removed when the tape was simply pulled away. With no bleed through at all. And I left it on for 1 1/2 days while the paint dried and it pealed off like I had just put it on!

It's a great tool for hanging items for short term use and mark items long term or temporarily. I like to use Painter's Tape for hanging "chore charts" for my children and lightweight holiday items that will only be up for a week or two. I also use it to mark electronic cables or other items like water bottles or paint containers. It's easy to tear off a piece and write on so I know the computer plug from the monitor plug. The best part is the tape removes easily without leaving any residue. I received a sample for my review.

I bought this to use on three projects. 1. bottom of an old metal shower 2. top of an old water tank in the kitchen 3. outside on old asphalt siding. So far I've removed the tape on two projects, the water tank and asphalt siding. The tape pulled the paint off the the water tank and asphalt siding where it was placed to create a safe line. Haven't tried the shower yet. I am MOST DISCOURAGED by this project. I have used blue painters' tape for decades, probably not Scotch. The hardware store had nothing to say. Now I start over again on the projects, and NOT with Scotch.
